Awful service, they sent defective pieces and then wouldn’t help sort it out. DON'T go here! they are selling badly designed pieces and then try to gaslit you to think it’s “broken” instead of admitting they are purposely sending badly designed products. They lied about inspecting it before delivery. They are liars. DO NOT GO HERE. They tried to screw over my parents, one who is a veteran. pics - uneven handles, we were willing to accept the second piece even though its uneven, but it wasn't as bad as the first. they still refused to sort out the most egregious piece. 0 STARS

Scary manager , rest of the team is incredible and very talented. Arhaus has great pricing for the quality of furniture, and in stock product can be delivered quickly. Highly recommend this store. Azra Lisa Kayla Luis Rana can all accomplish anything for you

We have been customer's of Arhaus for sometime, but cannot get over the personalized service Steven and Rana provide at the Short Hills location. We recently placed a larger order and the communication and thoughtfulness from both Steven and Rana is unparalleled. I cannot recommend Arhaus furniture or their top notch designers and associates enough. We now stop by Arhaus every time we are in the mall just to say hello and quickly catch-up.

Worked with the Arhaus in Short Hills Mall, NJ this past spring. It was a very positive experience - both in terms of sales and design help, delivery and quality of furniture. Specifically, Steve and Rana were FANTASTIC. Our goal was to re-do both a primary bedroom and a great or living room. While we had ideas we weren't certain on sizes, fabric, etc. Steve and Rana worked as a team to help design both rooms with a selection of furniture that turned each room into beautiful, classy and functional spaces. The total purchase was approx 30 pieces of furniture so there were many moving parts and a lot to get right. Additionally, Rana suggested 2 paint colors - one for each room, that worked perfectly with the furniture. Delivery took ~ 3+ months, but we were told that would be the case, so no issues there. With over 30 pieces we had two issues that were both resolved to our satisfaction by an attentive customer service team. Without a doubt, the team of Steve and Rana at Short Hills, NJ Arhaus should be your "go-to" for any furniture needs. And after only a few months, all furniture is as hoped. Quality, color, functionality, etc.

Arhaus designs are beautiful but the customer service at the Short Hills mall store is AWFUL. I have visited the store twice, the first time by accident and the second time to make a purchase. On my second visit I got there and realized that it was "that store", the indifference of the staff was consistent. The second time was particularly disappointing because I was there to buy after an extensive online search and I had to almost beg someone to help me. The sales person who eventually came to attend to me was nice but the overall attitude of the floor staff sucked. Arhaus this is a missed opportunity.

I honestly am not sure what caused the discrimination, but you think people would learn from Pretty Woman…We were shopping for a sofa, and after about 30 minutes of shopping, I noticed a restroom but it had a code to enter. My husband offered to go and ask someone for the code so I could use it. He found a male employee and asked for the code, but was surprised with the hostile response that it was for patrons only. My husband explained that we were patrons, but he refused to let us use the restroom. I don’t understand what caused this judgement of my husband, but we left immediately to go sofa shopping and luckily found the perfect one at Restoration Hardware. Maybe you need a receipt proving purchase before you can use the restroom

I had an excellent experience working with Steven Dwyer the moment I walked into the store. I wanted to design a specific space, which was a living room area. He helped me every step of the way from selecting the items to listening to my feedback, to delivery, to adding a piece of furniture to the order and even providing a credit when one piece went on sale. Steven quickly responded to all of my inquiries either by email or text. He made the design process, purchase and delivery such a pleasant experience. The furniture is beautiful, well-made and is currently being enjoyed by the entire family.

Recently purchased a sectional. Our salesperson Steve was wonderful, very helpful and spent a lot of time showing us pieces. Had it delivered this morning. The delivery men were excellent. Could not be happier. Highly recommend the store.

A complete disaster.I have ordered online for a six pieces sofa, which was supposed to be delivered on DEC 11th.When you call Arhaus, they send you to the delivery department, and when you call the delivery department they do the same….Ikea has a better service, that is how bas they are
