Typically, this Anthro is my go to. I’ve never experienced the level of customer service or lack there of as I have today. I picked up an item in clearance and proceeded to the register. I had three items in total. I asked the young lady was there an additional off on any of the items being that Memorial Day just passed. Two of the items rang up with additional off the ticketed price and one of the items was higher than the marked priced. I asked if the price marked would be honored. She asked her manager who was standing next to her. The manager responded no. I stated that in the past the price marked has been honored and was overridden. She in turn insinuated that I changed the price. She then abruptly responded stating she would not honor it nor is that the policy. I asked her name and she stated she does not have to give me her name. The young lady proceeded to check me out. I asked if there was another manager on duty and she reached out to ask, the same woman who stated there was no one else. The woman at the register profusely apologized. I stated she was not responsible for the behavior of her manager and owed me no apology.
Needless to say, I will be filing a grievance with Anthropologie corporate.
Anthropologie.. please consider having this woman revisit customer service/ DEI training immediately.

Women's fashion, quick and simplel return, didn't need to re-swipe the card for the return after they found the account on the computer.

Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.

One of the smaller Anthropologie stores in the area but they somehow manage to carry a large selection! I wish their Sale room was bigger - it's hard to navigate when there's more than 1 person in there because it's such a narrow space. Other than that, the staff is always accommodating and I love the candle section...especially around the holidays!

Love this store however went in to buy a birthday gift for my daughter as the family is headed to Florida for the holiday unfortunately they had nothing to offer.... Disappointing..

Waited on the phone for 20 minutes and then I called back and I was told that I will need to wait again because they don’t want to help me go to the store is closing. This is ridiculous. I had a simple question that would’ve resulted yes or no answer
