Extremely rude and dull staff. The staff at J. Jill across the way was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. I'd take ugly J. Jill clothes over the awful customer service at this Ann Taylor 7 days a week. If you're traveling for an Ann Taylor as we did (no Ann Taylor in NYC anymore), go elsewhere.

The worst customer service imaginable! You would think when they have a customer who shows up with thousands of dollars of receipts evidencing all their purchases they would spend a little more time trying to help return a $34 sweater rather than telling them to step aside while they try desperately to get on the mall Internet.

When I walked into the store in Thursday there were three salespeople standing in the center of the store talking. No one said hello or appeared to care. The only reason why I stayed to shop was because I had a gift certificate to get rid of. Not fond of the color palette of the clothes or styles.
