“A big shout out of appreciation to Brendan in the Ship Bottom Store! If you want the epitomy of a customer service experience, Brendan is the best! Was trying to locate a decorative piece not available in the store. Brendan took the time, patience and know-how to reasearch the item, find it and have it shipped to my local B & B store. Business' need more employees like Brendan who genuinely make customers feel like they matter which, in turn, motivates customers to return to the store and seek out Brendan! We need more people like Brendan who know what really matters--the customer!”

“I was hesitant because of the reviews but went during our end of summer weekend. We are not boaters, but the patience and instructions the owner gave us made us confident to take the boat out. Our kids had the “best day ever” as they called it! Thanks for giving us a great end to summer! Many memories made!”
“Nice merchandise, not friendly. They have a great selection and various items and sizes to select from. The costumer service was not great though accept for the dressing rooms. When I was at checkout I asked how are you? And he blatantly stares at me and scrunches his face up. I ignored that but after he scanned all my items and said, “you’re good.” I said may I please have a bag? He just states me right in the eyes and says, “ Next costumer.” As I look at him in disbelief he starts checking out the next costumer. Not very nice.”
