“While I had a very hard time getting through to the pharmacy today I decided to go by in person to give it one last shot to get my wife's prescription transferred. Thankfully I did and was given the opportunity to speak with the pharmacist named Stephanie who was a pleasure to speak with and the WORLDS BIGGEST HELP. She started by saying she was sorry but wanted to find a solution.This is exactly what she did she stopped what she was doing to help me as she could tell I truly need the assistance to get this done. This is what true customer service is and every employee anywhere should take a page from her on how to be there for people when they need it. “NP sent rx from urgent care. Long line at pharmacy with all 3 registers manned. Couldn’t find my filled rx. All 3 techs/cashiers looked through every bin and the pharmacists also joined search. Refilled immediately. Everyone was courteously and focused. Thanks for the responsiveness.”
