I have had 3 screen doors repaired over a few years. The ocean air really was hard on the metal screening. They suggested I get their non metal screens. Replaced them. Great job. They are holding up well. They were also flexible with timing. Will go back to then without hesitation

This business is amazing; they provided a custom order within two hours and when we didn't have the right fasteners, provided them for free! Prices are a bit higher than Internet vendors, but less then our contractor quoted. Their customer service exceeded every expectation. Delighted!!

Very unprofessional. Receptionists just sit there with smirks. Dan has the worst communication ever. Makes 0 sense when dealing with a custom cut. Massive waste of my time that I won't get back.

I walked in with a 24x36 inch casement window with a large crack and my four month old son in a car seat fifteen minutes before closing. The guy said I looked like I had my hands full and if I wanted to wait he would finish it right then and there. You don’t get kindness and service like that anywhere. Too awesome.

Had a cracked window pane replaced. Joe took greater care in measuring than the other guys I got estimates from. They were cheaper than most too. Quality was top notch and he wrapped up the job ahead of schedule. You really can't ask for better than that.

Just left and what a terrible experience... Dan is extremely rude... and is one of the nastiest retailers I have ever dealt with. Maybe more than 50 years in business is too many.

These guys are charlatans... with rip off prices. Rude and unprofessional attitude. They installed a fly screen on a door and I expected a reasonable price, after he had installed it he said "250" . "250" for fly screen? I said. "Yeah that's the price" he said. "How can you charge that kind price?" I said. "Because I can." He responded. That's who they are. Rude and arrogant. I now go to Twin Glass right off the island, they are cost effective and professional.

Great service and people!!Brought in my screen door for new screen mesh since it requires “flat spline”. Was told the spline I needed wasn’t available, so I returned home to bring them the original spline. When I returned the screen door was completed. One of the longtime employees (42+yrs) found some of the spline it needed in his collection of spare parts. So I got my screen door repaired in under a hour!! I donated my original spline so they can help someone else out in the future.
