I explained to him my personal experience with another dealership. He presented my offer to management (Christian) and called me back within an hour. John was professional and got me the deal I wanted. I went to the dealership and was in and out in less than 2 hrs. John advised that the gentleman that details the cars for delivery was not in on the day I bought the vehicle. He advised to bring the car back at my convenience and they would do the full detail for me! During the whole process there was no pressure to purchase other products or hidden fees! Everything was straight forward and it was a great experience!”

“My son has a used car and is down the shore Wednesday night. Car doesn’t start. He is leaving Saturday so I need to figure out asap.
Look at reviews locally for a mechanic as this is my first encounter with anything like this as I have always leased cars and didn’t have to worry about car issues. I see reviews for Sam’s and decide to call early Thursday. Sam answers and tells me what to do. I then speak to Danielle (who was absolutely awesome through all this) and tell her car is being towed there. Car gets there late Thursday night after they close. Friday early afternoon she calls me and says car is done! I didn’t know what to say. On top of that, they worked with my warranty so it cost me $17. This is how any business should run. I will never go to any other place besides Sam’s if I have any needs for my car. This place is awesome and no need to go anywhere else for your car. Good stuff Sam’s Auto!!!”
