“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”

Lots of trucks. New building. People that helped were friendly. Oh…and the pricing was much better than U-Haul.”

“I recently found Mike’s Service when I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. After using them twice, I felt really comfortable with their honesty and professionalism.
At the time, another service center told me I needed new rear brakes on my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 64,000 miles. I asked Mike’s team if they could replace them, and when I mentioned it was a hybrid, they said they didn’t think the brakes actually needed replacing. While I was renting the U-Haul, they took a quick look at my car — and sure enough, they were right! The brakes were fine.
I can’t thank them enough for their honesty — they saved me $250 to $500. Later, I mentioned it to a manager at the senior living facility, where I live, and she said she knows Kelly and confirmed they’re great people — honest and trustworthy. She even refers customers to them often.
