Worst experience of my life. I will not be back. There are three very nice ladies at the front desk; unfortunately, I always get the fourth one, who has a chip on her shoulder and is coldand lacking in compassion. Women go to this place for breast cancer screenings and bone density tests. We are already anxious when we walk through the doors. A smile and some understanding would make a world of difference.The other reason I won’t be back is that it’s the technician’s job to place you in the mammogram machine. The tech I got for this, a follow-up mammo, was short and unable to see over me to see that she had grabbed a piece of arm flesh too. She took a scan of it, making it the most painful experience of my life including childbirth. The doctor didn’t recognize it as not being part of the breast, so I had to have an ultrasound as well AND have to go back in six months for yet another mammogram. I didn’t realize that that’s what had been done until I was getting dressed again and realized my arm was throbbing. We all have to be careful out there; I had no idea this could happen.

i love the employees. everything is done so efficient and on time. i was in and out within 15 mins. the lad yeh i said she had been there 30 yrs was wonderful. talk to me the whole time so i would feel comfortable. will continue to come here year round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had 3 tests done in one morning. All of the techs were very nice. The mammogram was the least uncomfortable I’ve had in years. So much so, I asked for her name to request her next year. The person I made the appointment with were very accommodating and put them all together so I wouldn’t have to come and go. Overall great experience.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:40 am, I was taken into mammography suite at 12:10 pm. The technician was pleasant and gave clear instructions, had gentle hands, and the “pictures “ were taken quickly.

The Women’s Center is the best! It is always clean and the employees are always super friendly and professional from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors. Very welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Whether you are the first patient or the last of the day, you get the same warm, friendly, professional service! Donna in mammography is the best!! I am usually very nervous and uncomfortable in the machine. However, she talked me through and made sure I was ok with every adjustment!! I was her last for the day, but I felt like her first!!! Always a great experience with no or very little wait time!! SJRA Women’s Center….keep doing what you’re doing!!! DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND ???

Great visit, fast service was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, technician was absolutely awesome in relieving my nerves and was quick professional and personable. The office was clean neat and clean.

I normally go to the Deptford location but couldn't get an appointment before I left for the holiday. The initial processing lady was professional and accommodating for my disability. The tech that did my mammogram had to have a second tech help because I needed to sit during the procedure. The less experienced of the two was rough with pushing and pulling my breast. It hurt. They got me done quickly but the second tech said at that point that I was lucky I came the time i did otherwise a second person would not be available to help. Then she said I would have to bring someone to help in the future. Since when does SJRA allow unexpierenced people work on patients?! I have never had a problem having the scan done while sitting at the Deptford location. This comment and my overall treatment upset me. I won't be back here again.
