The staff in SJR in the Virtua Wellness Center in Washington Township are friendly and efficient. All have smiles on their faces, no rude or unpleasant remarks or attitudes. The wait isn’t long after check in. Technologists are patient and fully instruct you to make study easier. Michelle, specially is so pleasant and helpful. Overall, I only go to SJR now.

yesterday was my first time there as my chiro doctor wanted me to have xrays so I could come back today. SJRA was right down the road and took my insurance so I drove right down and they took me in as a walk in. The paperwork process was quick and easy, I waited about 10 min, did all my xrays which took about 15-20 min and I was done. Overall, I was there for about 30 minutes! My xray tech Sarah was professional, pleasant and quick!

Trying to schedule an MRI, unable to complete this scheduling via the portal. I call and waited 6 minutes for a live person to answer who then promptly put me on hold again for the MRI scheduler. Currently on hold 23 minutes on hold. NJIM will be my go to imaging site from now on. Only trying to schedule here because they performed the last study. Non existent customer service.

Walked in attempting to get an mri. Counter clerk (Mark) tells me I need an appt. Understandable. I then ask for assistance to facilitate that because online isn't even showing that location for an mri. He hands me a piece of paper with a phone # and dismisses me. Thanks for nothing Mark. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone and still don't have an appt.

Ricardo who works behind the check in desk was so kind to me and put my mind completely at ease. I would highly recommend this facility simply by how kind and sincerely I was treated at the check in. I wish more healthcare workers were as kind and sincere as this gentleman was to me this morning. 5 star rating!

I do not do well with anything medical. I suffer with Iatrophobia and is documented in my medical records. I shake, have panic attacks and need my husband with me damn near for everything. He hates MRI's as he can't take the noise and has to be medicated for his so I knew I was on my own. Knowing I was going to have cage on my face caused me great anxiety but when the girl at the desk handed me a safe MRI mask and told me I had to wear it in the machine with the cage over my face I panicked. When called back I explained that I could not do this with a mask and the techs were wonderful. Told me I could take my ask off for the test and put a mirror in the cage so I could see out. Checked on me every time a scan was done..they were so pleasant and kind and so appreciated. Just a note...it's time to get rid of the masks. Rothman no longer mandated not does my physical therapy office...I was told the cdc leaves it up to the facility now so get rid of them

Do NOT GO HERE for ANY breast related issues or if you have a standing disease. They WILL NOT make extra time for you. They let me sit with my arm disloc8ed during a breast mri(after I told them it was), just to make me stay an extra 20mins for imaging!!! I'm an RN, with rsd for 10yrs...ive gone to them since they 1st opened! Needless to say, I asked them for all my records & get to start off somewhere else. I was avoided also btw when I tried to clue them in.

Friendly and professional. The radiologists are highly competent, and are always willing to review any films I request for my patients. I've never had any issues.

My wife and I were in Sewell location. At sign in fest the lady said to me I need a mask. I asked for a Mask and she told me that they only have one mask and they are for the patients. My wife asked for the mask, she would give me the mask she brought, and the receptionist said no.She told me to wait outside of the office.Then she said I can’t go in the back anyhow.My wife needs help with the checkin process and I couldn’t help her. Embarrassed I walked out of the office.Finally someone have my wife a mask so I could come back in and help my wife.The check in girl was VERY RUDE.All the other people were very very nice. My wife was extremely happy with her visit

I just tried calling two times now. I have great health insurance with Aetna and they refused to take my member ID and refused to schedule an appointment. I will have the card in a few days, but they lost my business for lack of knowledge of their computer system.
