Our son loves going to KinderCare. We know he’s in a safe & very clean environment. He’s very excited to tell us what he does in school everyday. We love that he’s making friends & learning so much. Tried it out and we quickly realized there is a high level of negligence among the staff. Our child was not properly supervised and the the woman who runs the place should not be running any type of business, let alone child care.

The Love and Care the Teachers have for the children is outstanding and the New Director ZURI is Nothing like the old Director Donna it's like one big family in this place.

I wouldn't even rate this center with a star if I can! My son was enrolled in the sewell NJ kindercare center back in Sep 2016. In the matter of 2 weeks he came home with marks/scratches/cuts and bruises on his forehead, face and arm 6 times! This is ridiculous! They are so under staffed at this location that they are combining smaller age classes with pre-k to save themselves some teacher salaries! Kids run around and get hurt all the time. My son got hurt bc his class was combined with another and when one of the kid hit him with a toy, he came home with cuts and a bruise on his head. Guess there was not enough teachers there to actually pay attention to the kids. When this matter was brought to Director Donna's attention twice, nothing was done and my son came home with more injuries time after time. When I finally decided to pull him out of the center they charge me a penalty fee of almost $100 for improper notice to leave the school. Director Donna said my son should stay at least another two weeks before he can leave. I cannot imagine within another 2 weeks, how many bruises or cuts he is going to get! this is so wrong! When I refuse to pay and try to reason it out with the center, they gave me excuses that they cannot come to the phone and finally they have some collection agency call me! This is a scam school and there is no healthy ratio of teacher to students ever at this location! I suggest you all double consider and do more research on this center before enrolling your child!

Both my children went there and it was a fantastic experience. My son needed added attention and was taken care of wonderfully. I can not recommend this daycare highly enough. Wonderful and kind staff, top to bottom.

Very unfortunate how they treat the families of children in this facility. The owner, Donna is by no means family oriented. The staff were kind, however due to the experiences we had here, I would never recommend this place to anyone.
