Absolute worst customer service that I have EVER received. I tried to use this business. I have been trying to get a preventative maintenance appointment since May. Calling every two weeks. The business is non-responsive and bold-faced lies when they tell you again and again that someone will be in touch with you to schedule the appointment. How is it that an appointment can just not be scheduled? Or why won't you just say that you won't do the work? Thanks for wasting my time having me send over all of the product information and pictures that you requested back in June!!! Thanks for wasting my time telling me that the materials will be ordered and the work will be scheduled and then NEVER respond to any calls or emails. I will notify the OEM and share my experience as the OEM advertises that your business is the area provider of preventative maintenance. DO NO'T waste my time with a response to this review noting that you're sorry that I had a bad experience and you'd like me to contact info@pardo .....Too little, too late.Update: the response to this review is merely an attempt to save face. At no point were any supply chain issues communicated to me. When I finally received a response from the technician after multiple calls and emails, I was told that he would order the parts and contact me the next day to schedule the appointment. From that one and only response to the date of this review, I received NO FURTHER RESPONSE to any follow up calls or emails and certainly no indication that parts were on backorder. Nothing more than sheer poor customer service to this story. Instead of communicating to the OEM about back ordered parts, consider communicating to the team about customer responsiveness.

Dropped my tractor off mon 4-18-2022 for a radiator the shop guy scott said it would be done next day then i call next day he on vacation til thurs allen tells me. So my truck didnt get radiator work done until fri then im told i need a dosier for def fast forward trucks still in shop its tues 4-26-2022 claim their waiting on parts. The girl at front dedk doesnt know anything also. Oh and they over csked allen why were my parts for radiator so high i told him fleetpride had one for 800 he told me thats how they make their money on parts. I'm giving 2 star because off the service they provide me starting with the road service had to wait a long time for the mecanic to show up! charge me a lot of money for a simple work not including what they olso charge me at there shop after that I'll say that is a spensive shop beside been slow on working your truck.

I paid a lot of money for a diagnostic but took my vehicle back because I didn't trust them to do the work. 2 stars because at least the ladies in the office were honest and kind.
