“i've been going to this particular jiffy lube for many years and through many cars. i have tried other jiffy lubes but i hated them and worried about the service and the qualify of the work. i drive an old truck, it was a top of the line Cadillac in its day but twenty years later, its just an old GM truck and i appreciate a mechanic that treats it as an old truck. replacing every part in this vehicle will not make it a new truck, it will just bleed me dry. this particular jiffy lube is honest and always has been.”

“Fantastic service. I called on Tuesday, due to a sewer grate that wasn't flush when roads were redone and it popped one of my front steer tires. I spoke to Andrew first and explained my problem and I needed to get the tire size so he could see if they had one in stock. I called back and not sure who I spoke with but left tire size, name and number. I didn't get a call back that day but figured they were busy so I waited until Wednesday morning around 8:30am to give them time to start their day and when I called I repeated tire size, brand and that they were the all weather because I wanted to make sure they were the same, I was told they would call back shortly and when they did, I was in luck they had the right size tire and they scheduled me to come in at 11am. The tire was off the vehicle and they took it back to mount and balance. Had a hiccup since I probably didn't say the number right but they caught it and came in to tell me. They were great because they had another tire(right number lol) and they took care of it extremely fast which I was thrilled about. I would recommend this company for anybody that needs tires or any of the many other services they offer. Friendly, understanding, patient and did a fantastic job. New tire on the van and it looks great. We will be back whenever we need tires on another vehicle. The waiting area was so clean and comfortable, I saw there was a coffee machine and they had little glasses with candy in them, definitely different from some places we have been in years before. I just want to thank everyone there for being so nice, understanding, helpful and fast but quality work. Thanks again, Tara A.”

“Overall, good experience. Thought they were thorough with everything and shared options with me. I was told a filter needed to be replaced (after seeing how dirty it was) and was told it would cost $24. When it came time to pay, I was told they had to email the receipt since the printer was down. Once I got home, I checked to see the breakdown and they charged be $36 for the filter. I don’t appreciate the miscommunication and now lack of trust moving forward. It’s only $12, but who knows what else I was over charged for.”

“I came to Ace for a 100K tune-up, brakes, radiator and oil change service. My first impression was positive. Brian and Mark both present a professional appearance, attitude, and an expert knowledge of my Ford Focus Titanium. I had 0800 appointment. Went to Brian's service desk, where he acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. Before he was finished with another customer, Mark stepped up from a faraway station and said he would help me at his desk instead. Mark advised me on a recall issue, and Brian later sat down with me to walk through the required recall questions, prior to the fix. Brian also identified two minor maintenance issues that I was aware of, so added these items to the work scheduled this morning. The service was thorough. Brian recommended a return appointment for a clutch recall, and to replace a part of the front end bumper aerodynamic undercarriage cover that was loose. Ace has a very clean, open concept waiting area that flows into the show room. This really is like bringing a customer into your home, instead of tucking you away into a windowless, cramped waiting area. Very pleased with the customer service here. Reminds me of the quality at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington, Illinois, where I purchased my vehicle.”

“We meant to post this review months ago when we were on vacation, but were recently reminded of the great service we received back in July. My family and I were driving to the shore for vacation, when our van overheated. We managed to stop at Mavis, and let the van cool a bit, but they did not have a tech onsite that day to fix the issue and sent us to Corner Stone. They were wonderful and offered us cold drinks, as it was 90 degrees out and our children were already tired by this point. They prioritized our vehicle since we were stranded at the moment, showed us where we could walk to nearby for food, and were able to have our van fixed as quickly as possible. We still managed to get to the shore and enjoy the rest of our vacation thanks to the quick service Corner Stone offered us!”
