Agent was rude and did not give me the option to speak because it was my wife’s car. It was not until she was finishing up that she apologized to my wife and said she would have to give me permission to speak on her behalf. She could have done that in the beginning but did not. She would ignore me as i told her that I am the one who handle the claims.

In, July 23, I added a new driver and an additional vehicle. OUR RATES INCREASED BY 3X. When I contacted my Allstate agent at Martinelli, (that I’ve been loyal to for 17 years, bundling home and auto btw), they offered a few options to help lower my rates but those turned out to be meaningless. I did some shopping around and found way more reasonable rates with the exact same coverage and landed with NJM. It pays to shop around!! I doubt I’ll ever be as loyal to an insurance company again.

Very greedy company. Usually, if you change insurances in the middle of coverage, you get a refund from time you weren't covered. Not from allstate. They keep everything and leave you struggling. Very greedy and sneaky.

Day #60 without my vehicle with no real sign of me getting it back anytime soon. I have been urged to speak to a lawyer in hopes of recouping some of my money. Please tell me how to obtain the Allstate report with recommended repairs. Also need the contact number of the assessor and whoever is "in charge" of my claim. My local office has made it VERY clear that they have no authority and therefore have no intention of helping me.

Allstate is amazing. I had my previous insurance provider for over 20yrs for home and auto. I decided to check rates elsewhere due to increasing rates in NJ. Allstate came in and saved us a lot of money. While I haven’t had to use them for any claims I hope to continue with them and their professional customer service in the future. I highly recommend Martinelli Allstate NJ

My daughter was in an accident on May 3rd 2022, and even though the accident was not her fault I have still not heard from my agent. They did not even call to see if she was ok! Now they are still covering the car that was totaled on May 3. I am writing this review on June 11 because they are still clueless, the car that Allstate determined totaled is still being covered.I’m still being charged, they don’t even know what is going on.Why do I have insurance it is a scam.Dan Ledden

Firstly I’d like to say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with an insurance company!!! I switched from Gieco, who I’ve had for 10+ years to Allstate. The Martenelli group was phenomenal. All the agents are experienced and friendly. They take the time to explain all the ins and outs of policies, and try their best to find new coverages that fit all of your needs while saving you tons of money!! I totally suggest calling and quoting with the ASAP
