“Moving is seriously one of the most stressful things we have done. Contacting Frye’s Moving was the best decision we have made in the entire process. Joe and his team came through in a huge way. The movers did a fantastic job and quick!!! They worked extremely hard and in 95+ degrees and high humidity. They did not stop. Once at the new house they took their time to make sure everything went where we needed it to go. Not only placed where it needed to go, but made sure everything was placed with care and kept everything organized, to make unpacking even easier. “My mom and dad used this place to store many years of stuff that would not fit in our small home. There have been 3 owners since they first rented their space. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee ??”

“I was stressed out about moving all on my own but thanks to John and Sons moving I didn’t have to worry no more! I want to start with the lady on the phone— she was so sweet and gave me all the confidence in the world that everything was going to be fine. And second I want to recognize the team of 4 guys that arrived and moved all my belongings with care and efficiency. Very professional and well prepared!!! And I will absolutely will be hiring again!
The only cons I had but will make sure to not do the same mistake again is that i did not report to the office the times that the movers arrived and left from each location. Movers called me that they were on their way at 9:17am but I got charged since 9am and on the way to my storage unit they took a wawa break of 30 min and still charged me even when I brought it to their attention. Overall i did paid an extra hour that wasn’t supposed to but i dont like making scenes but I know how to do better next time. Hope this helps!”

“As always, rental experience five star overall. That being said, I have never encountered a Penske staff member that ignored me like Brett on first shift did. I'm not trying to be Petty or anything, but I attempted to be courteous multiple times to the gentleman and he ignored me blatantly and repeatedly. Other than that five star as always....EDIT: It is now late in the day of my original post; in recognition of Management's response (and also time having cooled me on the encounter), I will change my review to five stars. “We had South Jersey Moving move us into our new home. We had 2 full storage units all of which was packed by us (not professional packers) so not easy to move. Jose was my first contact and he was very prompt to respond and get us a quote.
Day of move was an extremely hot day, but the crew of 4 was professional, friendly and got everything moved in 6 hours. I would definitely recommend!”
