Car wash caused long straight scratches along bottom half of car

Wheels were still very dirty, back of small SUV (ford edge) was almost untouched, front bumper still covered in grime, tire shine was paid for and barely applied. exterior glass was streaked by chemicals (soap?).. MORE EXPENSIVE than the competition, * EDITITED, They have called me to come back (at the time i was unable to) , and offered to rectify the issues... we shall see how that works.. HOPEFULLY i can delete this review and leave a positive one... but points for working to a solution

I went on a Sunday. It was busy and all the self vacuums were occupied. A worker told me I have to go around again and wait in line so other cars can get by because it’s “first come first serve.” I said but I was here first and the cars behind me will take my spot. Understanding it was getting backed up I pulled around and tried to get back in the vacuum line. I waited for a car came out of the wash so I could go back in to the vacuum line. The car stopped directly in from of me while pulling out and I felt like he wanted to fight but not understanding I was trying to get back in the vacuum line like the attendant told me to do. I ended up leaving without being able to vacuum. I understand they have to keep the line moving but the attendant should have helped me get back in the line but instead she left me to try to figure it out myself. Also, The wash didn’t clean the back of my SUV. The self credit card says you have to tap but my debit doesn’t tap so I tried to dip but couldn’t figure it out because it’s a weird angle. An attendant did come out to help. Overall the wash was ok but the experience was terrible.

Love going to this car wash. A bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it. At the end, you can vacuum your car or clean it as you wish internally without having someone else do it. There’s no time limit. Love this place! Nice people too!

For some reason, they are building another location within a block of the other rip off site. Two experiences at the location. One, it scraped paint off of my car. Two, a guy was "directing" my husband into a lane and right into a pole. We complained and the owner sent the police to our house. The damage was to the bumper, not his pole. Run away from these places.

Love this car wash. They provide spray bottles with cleaner and glass spray for your interior along with the most wonderful towels.

A bit pricey. My car is cleaner than when it when in. But the front grill and headlights never get clean. They should make the water more powerful or the guy at the beginning should brush that area while he’s applying degreaser. I love the air hose. It cleans all cracks and crevices. Vacuum is convenient to. Gets busy, especially on the weekends. There’s rags there to use for free.

Damage to my hood and roof stating that I bought the car like that in January. Stated that their car wash would never do this to my car and my car was like that from the beginning. They do not use harsh chemicals that would cause something like this to happen. Not willing to help me at all. also told me that lower in cars do not have good paint jobs anymore. I don't have a BMW or anything like that. Then proceeded to tell m I'm not saying your GMC is a lower in car.I will never go back to another cloud 10 car wash and will be telling all my friends about the situation.

I pay for the monthly membership and the wash is pretty good like most modern car washes. I just wish the guy/girl in the beginning guiding you in would do a little more than just hit your windshield with bug spray and send you on your way. E.g. actually use without asking, the two pressure spray wands to get the bugs off the front grille and maybe hit the tires and running boards that the automated wash doesn't get. If this was added to your SOP's I would bump it up a star or two...

I love that they have blown air and glass cleaner available. Total great place for what you get. Even if you clean your car yourself, you can do it better here.
