Took a few weeks to even get the quote which was after I called to check in. Please don’t tell customers “we’ll let you know in a few days”. The actual work took months to complete. They didn’t get around to the state inspection as was asked for and couldn’t even bother to put the bolt back in on the battery clamp. Incredibly disappointing.

Nice guy and great price. However, he told me he would do my car after a week of cars he had to get through. The next week he called me and asked for me to wait 2 weeks because of schedule crunch with other cars. I waited again. He called me 2 weeks later to cancel the body work because he had more cars to do that were rental. If he were to do business correctly, he would have taken my car after the original 2 week postponement.

Brooks’ body shop is a hidden gem on Delsea Drive. The owner works with the customer to understand your situation and come up with a solution that fits your budget. My job was completed on time and as promised. Highly recommend.

Mr. Brooks was beyond nice and the work he did was amazing. Not only does my car look good as new, the quote is was given was incredible compared to other quotes I was given. I can’t thank Mr. Brooks enough.
