I have to say working with Dontreal Churchill was soo smooth. I just closed on my first home 6 days ago. The communication was top tier. Any questions I had Dontreal explained everything to me in detail. Dontreal was completely honest about closing and costs. There were no unexpected fees that I did not know about. I would rate my experience at a 10. 5 words I would use to describe my lender and his team. Friendly, professional, great with time, knowledgeable and reliable.
