“I sent my Omega Deville men’s watch in for a service a little more than two years ago as it was already more than 20 years old. It is not an inexpensive service. I was very happy to receive the watch back and wore lightly as it’s not my everyday watch. Recently it stopped and the crown came loose from the movement. Understanding I was now several months out beyond the warranty, I returned the watch hoping for the best. The watch was disassembled, cleaned and a new battery was installed at no cost. This is outstanding service by any metric. Thank you.”
