Store layout was confusing. I asked staff where something was and they just pointed. Staff were cleaning the bathroom and were mopping in the stalls despite people being in them. Self checkout lines were long as people were doing full grocery orders.

This Walmart is by far the worst. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE can tell you where anything is. They always, "don't have it." Nine times out of ten this is true, because this Super Walmart is super pathetic. There is zero customer service. They are all to busy socializing with one another to be concerned with earning their pay. Do not recommend in the slightest.

Tried curbside pick up. Had to cancel my order when I got there to pick up my order due to the app not working. Waste of time. The last time I tried curbside pick up I got an open bag of undergarments. If I wanted to buy "used" underwear I'd buy them at a thrift store.

I am giving Walmart I star cause you guys are selling a product for babys that has been recalled namely Gerbers baby food which was suppose to recalled due to dangerously high levels of arsenic.lead.mercury,and cadium, which can cause permanent damage to babies brain development.Because they didn't recall the product they are being sued The other gross product is their blue label so called purified water which tastes and smells like swamp water.Even the number on the bottle is disconnected,I attempted to call customer service, but all you get is the run around from a lot of nice polite ladies Walmart please do your research so that you will not be guilty of selling harmful products

Recently I asked my daughter why we didn't go to the Walmart. She told me it was too much of a burden because Secaucus was the nearest location. She got me to open an account online after she ordered her bed frame from Walmart and had it delivered. That was maybe ten years ago. Since then I've had very successful purchases and deliveries using Walmart online shopping. Walmart is good too use for taking advantage of their low price to get a deal elsewhere! I recently saved two dollars a box for Sweet n Low by showing the Walmart price at my local store. Thanks Walmart for having the best prices. I have to be more and more cost conscious now that my rent went up and my local stores are raising prices.

Who doesn't like Walmart!? It's always a treat to come to a good Walmart, as there are none in the city and the one in green acres kinda sucks lol. I spent so much time in here just browsing, and of course that equates to lots of money spent. A lot of the shelves were empty, but it was still a great bargain.

This has to be my favorite Walmart. I have been coming here for many years now and it's my Walmart of choice. Since it is a SuperCenter i always find anything and everything that i need from household things, to food, medicine and more. It can get crowded and the checkout lines can be long but i like to go late at night when there's not that many people. Usually they have plenty of registers open for check out and a lot of self check out which are the ones i prefer because they are faster. This Walmart is huge and you will find everything you need. If you need to return something, the process is simply if you have the receipt.

WORST IN JERSEY. I'm here at 6pm on a Friday. I want to get Tylenol which of course they lock up now for all the roving generic medicine thieves. There must be zillions I guess. I ask a female worker if she knows who opens them. She shakes her head and keeps working. Nice. Then I go find two "speaking" female employees and they say "sorry, no. The people who open those go on their lunch at 7p and at the same time even though they're not supposed to" PS... it's 6pm not 7pm so their excuse is more ridiculousness. Where the he'll is a manager to be found? Nowhere.

omg pet peeve - I get the "save the planet, don't use plastic bags" but those paper bags -WITHOUT HANDLES- does NOT work. A majority of them ripped, it was a hot mess. TUH. That's all.

Was waiting for about 20 minutes in the electronics section. An employee named Laura was restocking and she kept on pretending not to hear or see me, so I figured she didn't speak English or was restocking staff. I asked someone else who also was restocking, and they went to her and pointed to me but she continued doing what she was doing. I finally went to customer service and they paged someone to come, and lo and behold it was Laura and another person called Leon who was apparently hiding in an aisle. Laura was still trying to ignore me until I finally stood in front of her. Needless to say they were extremely unhelpful. Good luck getting help with those 2 idiots

If your trying to place an online order for delivery i wish you luck as their App is dysfunctional along with their clueless barely articulate customer representatives they have hired! It is a total waste of time trying to place a simple online delivery order! It had been working a few times in past months but recently it has become a maddening mess, along with their clueless customer representatives who agree App has issues but are unable to offer any solutions beyond their apologies! Walmart management where are you? At least Amazon has a functional App and responsiveness to try and assist if any problems develop! Walmart is a mess!

I was in town visiting and looking to get a few things for my hotel room. I was appreciative of the fact that the shelves were very well stocked. Finding food items were easy. But that was probably the best part of my experience. Though there was plenty of staff, finding one that spoke English and was actually able to understand you enough to help you was nearly impossible. I was looking for a jacket, sweater, hoodie or something and they had none of that. They sell 0 alcohol which I have never seen at a Walmart. No beer, wine coolers, anything. That's new for me. Last, their bathroom was gross. They have a McDonald's inside which is convenient.

This location provides wide variety of items - although sometimes things do get out of stock. Delivery could be a hit-or-miss, but most times items ordered arrived safely and on time.

The best pickup experience in the area We tried many options (other chains as well as another Walmart) during this year. And this specific Walmart store consistently beats out expectations: they pick nice fruits for you, substitutions are great (and as customers we feel that the substitutions are actually better money wise). The process is well organized and they consistently have short wait times, the personnel is nice and friendly Please keep it up and don't change anything

As this is one of the main Walmart's in my local area, I come here anytime I need to pick something up quick or to do a little bit of a grocery run. This Walmart is huge and i'm pretty sure you can find a majority, if not everything, on your grocery list. With that being said, the isles at this specific location are insanely cluttered and kind of messy. There's always items out of place, on the floor or completely missing. The staff here is OK. I've never ran into an unfriendly employee which is good. They're helpful sometimes, but mostly very lazy and don't know where a lot of things are. There's times I feel like I know more about locating product than they do, but it is what it is. There are more carts that are messed up than there are working so a lot of the time you'll see broken carts everywhere. I like that they no longer provide plastic bags! Instead you can purchase paper bags or reusable recyclable bags. The parking lot gets full pretty fast and the lines inside can also be insanely long sometimes. I'd say that your best bet is to come shopping here before 12pm. Only come here past noon if you've got time on your hands.
