The wait is a Joke why even have an appointment to get unloaded when you let your good friends skip the line

I ordered a standing desk at a higher price than listed elsewhere because at WB Mason's website, they had the item in stock. According to the desk manufacturer, the particular size and color wouldn't be available until early January. Since I needed it quickly, I was thrilled to find it at WB Mason. Having never ordered from them before I thought that the reason why they had it and the manufacturer didn't was because they had stock. Anyway, 7 days after the order was placed when I never got an email with an update on delivery, I called customer service. The next day I got a cancelation email. Calling customer service did nothing - only fake apologies. I would never order from this company again..

Overpriced and customer service is nasty and useless. I wanted to return a toner which was wrong but they refused since the box wasn't in perfect condition. Rather than shipping it to me in a box they slap the shipping label on the toner box. So now it can't be returned. They make it so you can't return anything.

I wanted to buy a joystick for my son as a gift, since I was paying for shipping I added batteries for car keys( just few buck).I received batteries (the package was left on the driveway between two cars I thought wind brought some stuff on my driveway)It’s been over a month a joystick never came they responded to my emails by saying it’s not up to them and I should get it next week (they said it twice already)So I paid almost $10 shipping for $5 worth of batteries.Nice business plan.I will never buy anything from that company and I will not recommend it to anyone.I’ll stick with companies which care about customers.

When I first signed on, I thought what a great find but after having to deal with 2 days of price matching back and forth (they are thee most expensive for almost everything) having to take screen shots and so on, then dealing with the very poor customer service, specifically mine rep whom seems to always reject every request (saying sorry, my apologies, we can not or similar) and just plain ignorance by replying to my email requests with her rejection screen shots, without saying a word (no greeting, no thank yous, no you're welcomes, no have a nice day, nothing), it's just not worth my excruciating time anymore.

The worst customer service I have experienced in many years. I ordered an $800 file cabinet from them, and after a few days getting no update on the order or any info available on line, I began calling and sending emails to find out when it would be shipped and delivered. After a week of this, I have only reached a human being once. That person said she'd get the answer and get back to me the next day. (Really? The info is not on a computer?) She did not get back to me. 4 calls and 4 unanswered emails later, I am trying to cancel the order, but not even sure the cancellation is being received. I really wanted to support a company that has support the local community, but they've made it practically impossible. Staples has the item in stock. I guess I'll go there. Again.

I have been trying to return empty jugs to get my deposit back. Every time I contact them, they'd tell me the returns is still open, they'd have the driver come tomorrow. I have contacted them 5 times!! and it's been almost 2 months, no one came!!

I ordered OVER $3k worth of office furniture 10/28 and was told 3 day delivery. I cannot open my office without this stuff and I am losing tons of money being out of operation. Each day I am told it will deliver and then only to be given an update later that its another few days. NOW im told this will deliver tomorrow but have not gotten a confirmation or schedule and the salesman has not called back. IF THIS DOESNT DELIVER TODAY I AM LEAVING THIS AS A ONE STAR WITH MORE EXAMPLES OF OTHER PROBLEMS.

Mathew Goldman & Barry Greene were exceptionally helpful and dedicated to our office remodeling project for our Diamond Company's headquarters in Manhattan. We have a union building and they were able to find us union-certified installers for the furniture. The selections they offered Max-On, HON and National were vast and high in variety though maintaining fair pricing. They were swift with their replies, contacted us after-hours, via cellphone and maintained an open line of communication throughout the project vetting. They were able to also give their design team a list of ideas which they implemented into a set of drafts that we could show our team upon project proposal and clearly demonstrated their efficacy, intelligence, honest and fair professionalism. We are beyond grateful for their, help, assistance, guidance and look forward to working with them again in the near future!

I LOVE the couch I bought at W.B. Mason. The fabric is luxurious and the couch itself is well made and comfortable. Both Johnny and Margo were very warm and helpful. My couch was delivered to my house 1 week after I chose the style and fabric. I highly recommend this business.
