Terrible location Alex and Ronaldo unprofessional! Whole location needs a revamp Alex was yelling at multiple different families and elder lady’s terrible location I wish a manager would actually step in and get some of there workers help

I wish I could give this particular store 0 stars. I’ve had multiple bad experiences in this store. When it’s not a sleazy “salesman” trying to sell me something I don’t need, It’s an inept rep that does not understand their business or the basics of customer service.
Please skip this store if you want to have a pleasant experience.

Customer service here is terrible. They can help take your money (technology sales and bundle with other services - home and wireless) but not save money (can't alter, trade, or completely shut off services - FiOS and wireless). Was told to call or go on the app... useless place with seat fillers here (everyone supposedly "working" here was sitting down on their phones watching videos and listening to garbage music!)

Verizon is pretty much the worst phone/internet company. Their customer service is atrocious and there is so consistency in their policies. Came here to add my brother to my phone plan and upgrade our phones. There was a promo that if you came from another provider you get a 1phone 15 pro. We tried to utilize that promo. Set up both new phones went over the bill with the rep. I'm broke so I wanted to make sure the bill wouldn't be crazy. He sat there and went over the bill with us that came out to 85 bucks because I get a student discount and because the phones were "free" then I get home and check my bill a week later. It says our monthly bill would be $350. We returned the phones and just tried to get my brother a new phone. And it has just been a fiasco ever since. My bill is all over the place constantly changing. They took no responsibility for the rep. Who essentially scammed us. Who I think was named Alex. Seriously the worst experience ever. Definetly leaving Verizon asap

Ronald was nothing short of exceptional service!! He was quite knowledgeable on the products, services, and various ways you can save on your monthly bill. He was patient and took the time to explain things we did not understand. We went back a second time as we needed help with the account set up and Ronald was extremely helpful in this process thus ensuring all of our questions were answered. He’s the best!! I highly recommend this Verizon location!

Went in on a Saturday and was helped immediately by Diana. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me trade in a phone and be added onto my fiancée’s account. Diana was a great help and I will be back for future purchases.
