I JUST walked out of your facility… It is 1 PM on Friday, August 2 So that your girls that were working in the front can all be acknowledged. What an absolute pleasure to deal with these three ladies they were all so helpful and so accommodating and soooooo sweet!!!!. They all deserve a lot of praise for their exceptional service that they give. I went inside to drop off some items and they were so helpful and walking me through the entire process. Thank you so much I appreciate you for making it a really smooth afternoon! Sometimes we really don’t know what we’re doing as customers and need all the help we can get and get flustered when people are rude. I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness means a lot!

Went here today for my passport appointment all the way from jersey city. Wait time is 5 mins. The lady at the front was very nice and helpful,she explained the forms andtime line for passport process. Compared to other USPS branch I would rather travel here since staff is nicer, barely have wait time and organized. this is definitely worth to travel compared to my jersey city usps branch. That lady should have a raise, she is helpful,respectful to all the customer that came and calm.

bad experience never open on time keep waiting for 15 mins.you can hear them talking back, 8.30 was time to open never happened. Twice in row this experience.

If I could I wouldn't give any stars to this post office branch. I send my son to get me some two priority mail boxes and he asked the to the ladies working the front desk if the boxes cost any money and the answer was Yes so he left. I told him that those boxes don't cost anything until their are ready to ship. Then he went to the office in town he inquired about the cost to the postal person working the front desk and she answered No you paid when your are ready to mail out the box.
