Service is amazing! Owner is very knowledgeable and always welcomes you. Mechanics amazing! Very happy to have them so close to home. Receptionist is always a pleasure to speak to. Did not purchase my truck there and they still make you feel welcomed.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service at United Ford, and I can confidently say that this dealership restored my trust in Ford. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attentive and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.
Initially, this dealership was recommended to me by a friend who had heard many horror stories from my interactions with the worst dealership on the planet, Steven’s Jersey City Ford. Comparing the two is like comparing apples to oranges. United Ford is a breath of fresh air in the world of car dealerships.
When I came in for an oil change, not only was the service prompt and efficient, but they also offered to drive me to the nearest diner so I could wait comfortably while my vehicle was being serviced. This level of care and consideration is unparalleled.
I want to give special thanks to Victor Matos and Felicia Morris—their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. They made sure every aspect of my visit was smooth and hassle-free.
United Ford has definitely earned my loyalty with their outstanding service. If you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

I never recived proper traking or order confirmation. Only after I called and asked what's taking so long did they ship it out. The item worth over $200 was shipped as is not in a box with any protection. Stay away for your own good.

Only giving a 1 star because I have to have some sort of rating to leave a review for this company. We placed the order for a part online on March 15, 2024. After placing the order we never received an email confirming our order was placed. On March 19, 2024 I sent an email to the company and have not received any response from them regarding the email was ever received, it is now March 21st. I called them this morning and was immediately placed on hold, the person that answered my call answered the call by saying "please hold". Waited approximately 3 minutes, no on answered so I hung up and called back. The second call was answered the same as the first. I waited approximately another 3 minutes...hung up. This time I went to their website to get other phone numbers to call them. I called again, this time the operator directed me to the parts department where I received a voicemail asking me to leave a message so I left a message. I decided to call back and the operator answered I told her my call went to voicemail so she put me on hold and tried to locate the manager. I was told that she "would take my name and number and he, Brian would call me back in an hour, because he was currently working on a report." This was 8:00 a.m. pacific time. It is now 7:06 p.m. pacific time and I still have yet to receive a call back.
DEFINITELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I only wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the part for my car. I cannot drive my car because part that I ordered is the rear tail light, so this is extremely inconvenient not knowing what is going on with my order.

Terrible people are the most thieves in charging, very bad experience, I arrived on November 28, 2023 with a problem in the engine. They told me that the diagnosis, just by looking at it to see what the problem was, was $296.00 + taxes. I told them that the diagnosis lasted. 3 eternal weeks and then they called me and told me that my car needed an engine change, I told them ok, change the engine but they told me that when I change the engine the diagnosis of $296.00 will go up to $2,500 ? I asked why and they said that it is a warranty diagnosis, which for me is rubbish, I told them ok, I'll pay them the $2,500 a week, he called me and told me that it's not $2,500 anymore, it's $3,500. I asked him why he said that the vehicle warranty doesn't pay for all of the fix, ok. I say that yes, I pay when I go to get the car, he said that it is no longer 3,500 but 3,680 ? I got angry and asked him why he said that the cost of the repair went up where is the seriousness of these people who are such thieves I paid him I took the car to The 4 days it came back because the car didn't have a heater, I took it so that the engine warranty would cover the repair, they told me it didn't cover it and they charged me $295 just to look at it to see what the problem was, I told them that I'd better take it to someone else. side when I went the heater was working today 2/5/24 I returned why my car is leaking antifreeze I went and they wanted to charge me for the diagnosis $296.00 plus repair I asked them and the engine warranty that I paid $12,000 dollars does not cover this repair designed No, I better went to another mechanic that wasn't Ford and he only charged me $70 so I would never go back to the United Ford. They are definitely thieves, be very careful with these people. If someone one day wants to report them, count on me. I'll sign up for these people. does is make Ford's name look bad

Really not sure how their average is so high w/ so many 1 star reviews! This place kinda sucks...so there's that. Came in with my 2018 that has less than 30k miles, touch screen and computer is totally dead. Service guy wanted $300 just to LOOK at my car! That isn't even to begin fixing it lol...what a coincidence too that this all would break by itself shortly after the full warranty is up! Oh Ford...why did I buy an American car again?!

Save yourself the trouble and order from another OEM dealer. Ordered a part online a week ago and have emailed them several times and can not get anyone to respond and still have not gotten a shipping update. Such SAD service!

I brought my car hereUNITED FORDA little bit skeptical I even paid for a diagnostic test.After seeing the results of this test.it wasn’t pretty ??…New engine bad‼️Thank God Vic was there to the rescue ♂️In a very professional manner he explained to me which were my best options.No pressure ?.As I was about to leave with my car, I came right back to Mr. Matos desk and got my new engine.It was very fast and efficient. 3 year unlimited mile warranty ‼️This place is amazing the staff is wonderful, plenty of parking, conveniently located.
