This UPS store location is the greatest. I come in there every year during holiday time with bags and bags of customers items to ship and the staff is soo accommodating and helpful. I am so grateful for this store. Would highly recommend especially to small businesses.

I've used this location several times over the last couple of years and the customer service has always been top notch. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond in order to get your items packed and shipped. I've had to ship heavy, oddly shaped items and they always find a way to pack them up securely. Great location as well

Best UPS ever! Living in the neighborhood and been there multiple times, the stuff there are always very friendly, patient, and professional. They would hold the door when see my carrying heavy boxes. So glad we have a such great store nearby!

1st time trying this location and the last!! Incompetent, clear lack of knowledge of delivery options, failure of proper employee training, failure to listen to clients needs, poor management skills, unable to problem solve, lackadaisical attitude, and lack of care and concern for the client.
If you have important items to ship then choose another facility. Some items can't be compensated with insurance. Sentimental value much greater.
Will never return nor will I ever recommend!

Don’t waste your time going to that store they will try to sell you bags or box to send Amazon return item when the Amazon app say it’s free no box no label need

Hatel has a smile that is genuine and can light the darkest of places! He has been the same since the very first day I met him and his staff have the very same genuine warmth when assisting with my shipping needs and questions. This store was heaven sent for convenience and it’s outfitted with the greatest staff.
