The walls are so thin you can hear everything above you and around you . When i say everything i mean EVERYTHING. Every step the person above you takes, when they use the bathroom, when they shower, when they are laughing or screaming. I know when they come home and i know that they don't sleep at night because they walk around all night . God forbid you reach out to management all they do is tell you to contact legal and if you ask them to move they'll tell you to start a whole new lease and charge you 300 plus more a month when you're at an inconvenience . What sense does that make ? Also i broke my closet door 4 different times by simply closing it and a piece of my floor came off by sliding a light box across the floor . The price you're paying is not worth it for the quality of the apartments . This has been a horrible experience and i wouldn't recommend this place to live on my worst enemy .

Visited a friend who lived here. He had nothing but nice things to say about it. It's clean, modern and safe. The have a ton of amenities as well as parking. Walking distance to train and they even provide shuttle service. Worth a look if your looking for a nice place to live.

1. to end your lease, you have to mail the notice to vacate to the main office. otherwise, the lease will be automatically renewed. 2. the move out date has to be the end of the lease, otherwise you are breaking the lease even if you keep paying the rent. 3. disgusting smell at night in the community, not sure where it comes from, really bad in summer if you want to take a walk at night 4. THIN WALLS! our neighbor upstairs likes to walk around at late night (2am), it sounds like he was treading on the floor. complained, but the office wouldn't do anything. 5. maintenance is easy and fast 6. people in leasing office are very nice.

The building itself is nice but the leasing office is a joke. For almost two months i have been trying to get refunded the $600 they owe me. Our apartment was not ready on the day we moved in so our movers were forced to wait hours and we were told that of course this extra cost would be reimbursed. I have sent at least ten emails to xchange and middlesex management, made calls, left voicemails. Nothing. They just stole money from me apparently. Now i have to file a lawsuit to get my money back :( Too bad because the building itself and the other staff outside of the leasing office are wonderful!

Horrible leasing office management. The apartment and amenities are beautiful but save yourself the headache from the rude and disrespectful leasing office. Especially Farah, she is completely rude and arrogant. Leasing office will not help you at any step of the way when you are looking to sign with them. They are horrible. Need to hire more competent and friendly employees.

So, it is time to say goodbye to living here for 2 solid years! I am so lucky to call this building my home, especially during Covid and being away from family. The Maintenance and Management team, Fernando and Luis, were great throughout my stay here. For any maintenance issue, you can open a ticket on their apartment site and someone one would come look at it in less than 24 hours. I always felt super safe and around the neighborhood and knew that I have a team I can count on. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would've stayed here for another year!

I have lived here now nearly 1-year. The times I gave used the amenities have had nothing but great workouts nice swimming indoor pool.
