Do not shop with these ppl if you need to call to make a payment on your credit card as they are impossible to reach very frustrating and will definitely be getting rid of this card and they will be loosing lots of business with family and friends and hopefully from this post

Update: Money was refunded and thank you!My bucks did not apply to my order when I placed the order. I noticed this after my receipt arrived in my inbox. There is a coupon glitch.I immediately tried to call but they were closed. I sent two emails and received no reply. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. This is not acceptable. I recently worked with another brand who went above and beyond to correct an issue on their end including applying a refund. So no saying there is nothing that can be done is not acceptable.

Sitting outside the children’s place on Greenbrier Pkwy in Chesapeake VA. Doors are lock during business hours and hand written sign on door says “back in 15 min” with no idea when the sign was put up. I have been in my car 30 min and store is still locked. Several people have tried to shop and walked away

Absolutely the epitome of incompetence. If you want to be charged triple for online orders have at it. Customer service is horrible . Rachel the customer service supervisor is impossible to deal with. I guess I’ll pay it for the fourth time and see if this charge goes away. I highly recommend if you want to order online, order somewhere else. Filing a complaint with BBB

My order hand an incorrect address so I was told I needed to cancel and reorder. My $70 dollars in rewards were removed and never refunded. Terrible customer service and follow up. I was told that since the rewards expired they cannot replace them even though I submitted 2 support tickets 8 days before expiration and was not contacted for 3 weeks.

Have not received my order. When you contact customer service all they say is it will be there by this date. That date comes and goes, no package. If contact by email all they reply is no changes, no refunds, etc. If my pkg does not arrive today as promised once again I will contact FTC, better business bureau and any other agency I can think of. Definitely fraudulent company. I ordered on Jan. 6, and they keep sending me emails that say use these coupons, get so much off. Yeah right, they can't even get your order to you. Update: The order finally arrived on the 27th of January. While I'm glad it has arrived I probably will not order from this website again.

Not sure if this for the head quarters but if I have to I will review every single children’s place to make sure no one shops them again!I have been a loyal customer for 20 years shopping for all my children. This is the first time that I have had extremely bad experience. I placed an order on Jan 17 for my son’s Easter and other spring clothes. Jan 19 got told it shipped and would be at my house for Jan 21, then as I keep checking each day the delivery date got changed. Well I would then hit the tracking number and that got me to LaserShip. Which said it’s in a vehicle and that’s it. On Jan 26 said it was delivered at 8:49 pm. I have security cameras and nothing shows anyone or thing being left at my front door. Tried several attempts with lazer ship to get this resolved and now their website it down. Contacted CP customer service 3 times to get no where with them. I am now charged for no product. I have sent a complaint to BBB and the attorney General‘s office.

I ordered Christmas pajamas on Dec 2nd I get a email about 2 weeks later saying it was delayed. I called customer service to see where my items were and the one guy tells me I should have them in 48 hrs rest assured! Something told me to call again the next day just to be sure and the lady that I got this time tells me there's nothing they can do and my order was lost somewhere in transit.Then she tells me they'll give me a reward I said I don't want that give me my money back!!! Horrible experience!

Wont help you when they change the way they ship things and your package is lost. They make you wait two days before they will do anything. They also blame everyone but themselves they chose to change the way they ship now my childrens cloths are lost and I cant afford to reorder and cant get a refund for 48 hours.

Place an order online for in store pick up, my home store was set for a local children’s place ( I confirmed this twice before I actually placed my order) placed order and it ended up being shipped to a store 2.5 hours from my home. I called customer service as soon as I saw the email With the incorrect store and was told there was nothing to be done, I had to wait the allotted 7-14 days for the order to auto cancel. Well I called the store directly and the associate was able to cancel my order no problem. I called back to customer care a few days later because I really wanted the items I ordered, and wanted to repurchase. I had over $60 in offers/rewards applied to my original order and really felt I should get those rewards back. I was told there was nothing to be done about it. No one could assist me, no one could credit me anything. I was offered a 20% coupon :(It just seems so unfair and as someone who works in customer service that’s not how you handle a customer service situation.I was unable to escalate the issue to the home office in Secaucus. And looking at all these reviews it’s clear they could care less about customer satisfaction. I just recently started purchases from the children’s place and will never ever give them my hard earned money again.Shame on you Children's place

If I could rate this zero stars I would. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.I had placed an order online with a giftcard I received from my baby shower. 2 1/2 weeks went by and still no order had been received, tracking showed it “awaiting pickup”. I called customer service and spoke with “manager” Mariana who said it was lost. They could issue me a refund (in which would be back to a giftcard) for the amount I paid. This would take up to 5 WEEKS to get by EMAIL. Why does an emailed giftcard take 5 weeks?! I asked them if they could just place my order again as I still want those items; they can’t do that. I asked if they could issue me a code to use so I could place an order again soon as the items I had purchased are on sale; they cannot do that. I asked if they could give me a giftcard number to use right away; they cannot. I asked if they could reissue me a discount code since I used one originally and had items discounted; they can’t issue any discount codes. I asked if they could add expedited shipping to my giftcard amount since it’ll be 2 months to get my items I had originally ordered; NOPE, can’t do that. So for something that was their fault, they offer no options except waiting a month to get money back. I’m actually in shock with the lack of customer service.

Went out for some back to school shopping. Didn't notice my purchase was overcharged by a large amount into later that day. Human error, but the company was about to fix my problem same day. Thank you so much Lisa for listening and problem solving my concern.

This is my first ever negative review. Do not order from Children's Place online. They shipped my items to the incorrect address while providing photos of such. They will not resend or refund your money. They will not take action to resolve. I am out the money and merchandise. wild.

This company is very disrespectful & unorganized. As the rest of the previous reviews stated I have a shipping issue. And the customer service from the number provided is rude !!!!! I hope y’all get some media backlash from the way you treat your customers and the people you hire . All I need was for my order to be cancelled or change shipping address before shipping and it couldn’t be done . Spent over two hours phone with rude customer service but was quick to take the money for order . NOW I CANT GET MY PACKAGE DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS. Will not be shopping here again
