I'm a long time customer, probably around 15 years (or more) here in various units. I just changed units again and worked with Kevin who has been the property manager here for a long time. He's terrific to deal with, very friendly and helped me with a smooth transition from one unit to another. The facility is great with easy and secure access and its very convenient with carts available to move around stuff. I'll probably be here for another 15 years!

David was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive… It was a very pleasant and seemless experience having David as a sales representative for Storage Mart showing me various units before making my decision on a unit… Storage Mart is definitely a solid 1st choice for a storage space…

David answered all my questions, was very thorough going over the newcontract, showing us were the new unit was located, and how to access the key pads inside and outside. Kevin has definitely trained his staff very well.

The Storage Mart in Secaucus is absolutely first class and top notch. I've experienced 3 other storage places in my lifetime and this is by far the best. Super clean, properly climate controlled, plenty of working elevators, carts to borrow. The place is also super safe. No one gets in or out without coding in. I've never felt uncomfortable there, no matter how late.Kevin the manager is a great guy with good customer service skills. If you need short term or long term storage, this is the place. Oh, and I live an hour away and I still kept stuff here because it was so ideal.

My experience with David at 250 Flanagan Way Secaucus NJ was wonderful with no complaints. David explained the process step by step and was very kind and courtesy which goes a long way in customer satisfication as this was my first time renting a storage. I would suggest anyone needing storage come to David you will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work David!

Thank you to all the staff who helped me to get my storage unit at the Storage Mart. They are great staff to work with and willing to hear about your problems or any concerns that you may have. The storage is in a great location! I highly recommend this location! 5 stars!

I wanted to share this before 5 months ago they found my ex husband dead inside his unit. For what I hear there’s people living in that storage he wasn’t the only one. And top of that greving and no knowing until now what really happened to him they were charging me for his unit. They supposed to be checking every floor how did they missed a dead body for 6 days. Our hearts are broken for knowing how he was staying there and die alone

Maggie from Customer Service was a Rock star! She would not rest until my issues were resolved and stood by me until we both saw the light at the end! One of the BEST customer experiences I have ever had in my life! Would highly recommend!

David helped me with checking in and setting everything needed up. Very respectful, soft spoken, helpful, understanding, cultured. I got here after dealing with difficult movers and lots of stuff in manhattan, and his demeanor and helpfulness relaxed me. I enjoyed the experience, and that made me trust the storage space and company. Thank you!

Yes it’s clean and bug rates every year go up to much and this year it’s more than other places that are just as nice and clean. $102 for a 5x5 when I just looked into another well known facility by me $49 a month what is wrong with this picture. I’ve been there for a while and had to be downsizing to try to afford a storage place. I went from a 10x10 to a 10x 5 to a 5x5!! Now I have to get out and go to a definitely more afford yet same security and cleanliness than Storage Mart
