Be careful opening credit cards here. Rep repeated many times about no interest for a whole year. Now have hundreds of dollars in interest for not being told the real rules. Apparently transferring a balance from another card automatically disqualified the purchases from being in the 0 interest too. I'll see if I actually have the patience to give her a piece of my mind or just hope this review helps others. Either she was lying or she's clueless which either ways is bad customer service to say the least

I went to this Secaucus location and got my issue resolved within 15 minutes without waiting (on a Saturday within an hour of closing and no appointment). Both the account services and teller reps were very friendly (greeted me as soon as I walked in), helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I wanted to leave a review because of one person at this bank, Nima Eshghi. He is an excellent Relationship banker. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything will go smoothly. I’ve gotten nothing but good advice and professional service from this banker. It’s hard to find people that actually care for your personal finances nowadays.

I read the reviews but thought the customer(s) were being over dramatic. This was my first time in the branch, unfortunately when I was at my normal (Clifton) branch there was an error and I could not complete my transaction. The teller gave me the withdrawal and said hold onto it. I walked into the Secaucus branch looking for my ID digging through my purse and was told you need to fill out another withdrawal because I need to witness you signing it. Like my Drivers license wouldn't suffice but I said okay. So then the teller proceeded saying and today is not the 2nd (the day I originally went to make the withdrawal). At that point I briefly stated why the form was partially filled out and said I read the reviews and I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Definitely attitude from this teller, it was not a race issue as in the previous comments, it's poor Bank management or the tellers would know how to treat the people. She acted as if I was a burden and very annoyed. Will definitely not go back, rather lose 1 hour pay driving to my regular branch than to deal with Secaucus branch again.

This bank is so racist I am a black female I felt I was being I interrogated for a business account they connected me with a racist atm guy to waist my time about taking credit cars it was blessing his racist behavior did not approve me I dont want to split no money with the hate this bank gives this bank needs to reevaluate by the federal government

Absolutely horrible service. This bank is pathetic, I waited for over 40 minutes on my lunch break to get something resolved with my bank that I couldn't do over the phone. The front desk helper (not sure what the correct term for this lousy position is called) had no intentions to help me after waiting for 40 minutes and not being helped. Ridiculous. I will never come back to this branch. Customers BEWARE of the horrible service they offer here and very rude as well.
