I am a professional photographer and my wife and I needed to have 20 photographs (5x7 and 6x8 size prints) framed as gifts. Each one needed a custom cut double mat and frame. We are so pleased with the work that Marty did, it could not be any better. He is very knowledgeable about everything to do with framing and matting, from choosing the correct color of each to recommending sizes. He took the time to listen to what we were after, and I felt like he truly listened to what we were saying. I only wish we had discovered him years ago! His pricing is quite fair and certainly worth every penny spent. We will be back.

I had been looking for a frame store for a long time. I know framing artwork is expensive so I had to make the right choice. I chose Mill Creek Art Gallery because of the reviews. He has been in business for many years and I can see why. I am so pleased with the work by Kasim. He is knowledgeable but lets you express your ideas as to the matting and frames. His work is impeccable. My two pieces were completed within two weeks. His prices are competitive. I prefer to shop at small businesses. I highly recommend Kasim and Mill Creek Art Gallery. He is genuinely a nice guy.

Person I was in contact with was named Marty. Marty was very professional and very communicative. He helped me with a custom birthday gift for a close friend. The final product was amazing. I would definitely recommend everyone who is thinking about getting something, or of getting a custom piece done by Millcreek Art Gallery Inc, do it!!

Amazing place to get your art framed! The service is amazing. The owners are very knowledgeable about art and help out picking a frame and staying in budget. I recently got 11 frames done for an upcoming art show and they did an excellent job. They also helped me load the frames in my car and ensured it was secured. Over and above service! They are my go-to framers from now. on!

I have been a customer of the Gallery for over twenty years. I recommend them to anyone who asks - they always do superb work. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a ton of different options on how to present your artwork. My husband and I are moving abroad and needed to get a painting off of our huge canvas for easy transportation. We tried taking it off at home but the staples were on way too tight. We weren't sure anyone would even do this but decided to take a chance and visited the Millcreek Art Gallery since we were at the mall anyway for a movie. I think the gentleman we saw was the owner. We didn't actually have the painting with us (it was in the car) so we explained what we were looking to do and he said we should bring it so that he could take a look. So we went to the car and came right back. He said he is able to do it and that is when we saw something amazing. He went right to work and took out all the staples. That was no easy feat but he did everything nicely. He asked if we wanted a tube and we were happy he offered! Then he proceeded to wrap up the painting as well as the two other prints we decided to get while we were waiting. He was a perfectionist! He handled our painting and prints with such care right down to the last details like putting bubble wrap so that the they were secured inside the tube. After doing everything for us, he decided to not charge us for all the work that he had done and only charged us for the prints which we thought was extremely generous and we appreciated it very much. It was so refreshing to see someone take so much pride in their work. It really was humbling. He told us that while they moved in the last 3 years, the business was around for 35 years and there is no question in my mind as to how they were around for so long. Thank you for helping us with our canvas and also for being so generous. We really appreciated it and meeting you was really something we will never forget.
