I'm not trying to get anyone fired here but I did walk in to this location to get a quick snack, saw a couple of chewed up jerky cheese packs and promptly walked out. I noticed a few other snacks that had been sampled by this location's rodent residents and decided that maybe I should take my business elsewhere.

I always go to this location and in my recent visit the sales staff went above and beyond to assist me. They were very helpful and courteous. The store is well stocked and very clean. Like this store a lot and recommend it to everyone. They always have sales.

Stood on line at registers ..no cashier's at any register and when one eventually showed up, they spent the entire time on their cell phone, while I waited patiently for a register to open. I eventually left empty handed. Don't need to waste my hard earned cash for people who are too busy on their cell phones.

Came in to get an odd-shaped poster framed. Ashley, the framing manager, was extremely helpful. She helped me pick out a frame that was perfect for the poster AND on sale. She arranged seamless home delivery. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service.

DON'T get Custom Framing here! They messed up my matting twice. I had to call them many times to find out why it was delayed. I also kept asking for the manager but they were never available. After 3 weeks, an associate finally called me to pick up, when i arrived they had me wait some more. Apparently, "Ashley" thought it was a good idea to GLUE a crooked white border on top of a cream matting because SHE thought it would look good. (I payed for white matting) Very unprofessional and ridiculous to add something a customer DID NOT ask/pay for & damage their paid product. I did get a refund. Manager never came.

Karina spent almost 45 minutes with us today working on a custom framing job, was extremely patient and helpful. She is a fantastic employee and a credit to the company. Great experience and sale.

We went there for one decor plant that was online for a bundle for $4. We got there and couldn't find it ourself so we looked for an associate to help us. It was pretty difficult to find help for myself so I wonder how the rest of the customers felt because it was pretty busy in there. When we finally found someone we showed him what we wanted and he looked it up in his phone and it said there was two left but he couldn't find them. He kind of shrugged us off and said the $14 single plant which was 75% off was the only one. That would be around $5 but we wanted more than one. So we went to the register to tell them our issue and the lady goes and looks it up on her phone as well and tells us there is none left. We told her that it wasn't true because the guy just looked on his phone and saw that there was two and showed us what it said. She decides to question us on what guy and then shrugs us off as well! Not a fan of the store and the customer service. A great place to go for crafts and if you know what you want already and don't have questions.

In would like to acknowledge the general manager, Gail, and her staff member, Joan. I was looking for a frame and the only ones they had in stock were damaged. I called and spoke with Gail and explained my dilemma. She looked at other Michaels stores in the area that had the frames I was in search of. She found one that is on the way to her home and she said she would stop by and if the frames were in good condition, she'd bring them to my home store for pick up. The next day I received a call from Gail saying she had brought in some frames for me and would hold them. When I arrived, sure enough the frames were there. Joan was working the register and gave me superior customer service. This place knows how to treat their customers. Thank you!

Such a deal... Dropped off a couple of pictures for custom framing. Turned out that if we purchased ones that had orange dots on the frames could save another 65%. They always have great sales here. Just pick up the circular as you enter the store. Must mention the two young ladies that assisted us, Aisha & Mariah. They helped us pick out borders plus glass to highlight our photos. The whole process takes roughly a few weeks. Both came out great but when picking them up a few weeks ago, Mariah mentioned about a free procedure called dry mounting. Which would make the rolled item look better. Helpful folks in the framing department. Plenty of ideas for the crafty person and or has kids. This location used to be A.C. Moore a few years back. Happy crafting.

With only one cashier functioning and just one lady in front of me it took the cashier 9 minutes to charge the lady in front which her bill was 27.13....she didnt buy much but the wait time was outrageous. Also there's actually noone around for customers to ask for certain items...the other lady's we're standing talking to each other near the registers. They should either get more workers and open up more registers.

I usually like to write reviews about restaurants. But Michaels (Formerly, A.C. Moore) is a smorgasbord of arts and crafts. Christmas time is probably the best time to go. Great decorations and potential for so much creation. I can spend an hour or more browsing the store looking for inspiration and ideas. They have all the right parts I need for some lovely Snow Men center pieces for the holidays. My big thing lately are the beads, especially the pearls. With some crystal beads and tools I fashion several necklaces and Christmas decorations. I have made a 14' 5" pearl garland with 14mm pearls and crystal. My ornaments are all crystal, some crystal and quartz mix. Not very "guy things" but I have to feed my creative streak for the Christmas decorations I desire. The necklaces are just an after effect. People love and compliment my ornaments, citing I could sell them for a fair cost for just 10 or 12 pieces. But I would find it hard to make a profit considering some the crystals and pearl beads can be a little pricier than I would like. Sometimes I can not find the quantity I want in store and must search other Michaels locations. Other times I order online, which also seems limited by which stores have stock. Other times I just wait for items to get back in stock. I am always receiving a discount coupon with my receipt. Darn it, they keep luring me back. With some other discounts I get in the mail, and 50% off on damaged items I get some pretty good deals. Clearance deals are feast or famine, but have bought some much needed tools at a great price. You have to keep looking. I seldom walk out empty handed. I would not say the crystal beads are high end, but they are crystal, albeit lower end. Alternately, check out the brilliant Swarovski items they have on display. Ohhh, so shiny. A.C. Moore was nice. Michaels is so much better.

Much better than the ACMoore store which it replaced. Very helpful and friendly employees. The selection is also decent. Recently had my child's friend organize a birthday party there and it was really well managed and fun for the kids.

Great store but be careful with the coupons. If you have more than one, they often don't scan it properly or give you an excuse as to why you can't use it even though the fine print doesn't say anything like what they are telling you. I went in for art supplies yesterday and they had a 20% off your entire purchase coupon. They told me I could use it because I only had one item. I still don't see why that matters and the coupon's fine print didn't say you had to buy more than one item.
