I love going to Marshalls but this past Monday I was visiting it and I was at the cooking sessions and it turns out that there was a man who appeared in every session that I was there and then I went to the back where the paintings and mirrors are and the man appeared and He introduced me and I asked him if he was a worker and he answered no and then he asked me if I was alone or if I was accompanied and I questioned him and said that if he looks at my partner in the background because in these sessions there were no people, he was alone. place and the man ran away I didn't see him again I felt harassed, BE VERY CAREFUL

Extremely rude staff and very bad service..
I will never buy from this store ….
They give attitude as if they are buying stuff from us
Mainly the fitting room staffs are extremely rude and utter non sense
They don’t have manners and don’t know how to talk to customers…

Christopher H is very rude and acts as if he doesn’t like his job. I have been a shopper at marshalls for several years and I must admit this is the first time I am appalled and truly offended. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this disservice. manager Jose did apologize for christopher’s actions, however I am still truly disappointed by this situation.
