Arron who works there was friendlyaccomodating and informative. He even stayed open a little later so we could drive all the way over there with my payment. . and Arron never met us before. Unfortunately he told me last week over the phone that the office is closed as ofApril 1 st.

I just had the pleasure of Speaking to Priscilla from my Allstate office. Priscilla was so knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and most importantly, extremely patient with all of my questions. She took the time to explain to me every aspect of my auto policy billing.Priscilla also had no problem when I wanted to discuss my homeowners policy. She went over my coverages, and also explained to me different aspects of how my policy worked.I was shopping policies this morning, thinking that I could possibly get a better rate elsewhere. I am paying less now than what was quoted to me online from other companies by sticking with Allstate and changing my policy type.What a valuable team member Allstate has in Priscilla!TL

they settle claims quickly, and they're very efficient. they also give discounts. switched from State Farm to Allstate and i've made a good decision.

I highly recommend the Allstate Insurance Secaucus, NJ location. I have the pleasure to be serviced by Priscilla Mendoza who is extremely helpful and pleasant. Pricilla at all time is so eager to help me with what I need. Whether is via phone or email, she doesn't disappoint with her delivery. I commend her for possessing an outstanding customer service etiquette.

There is no need for this offices's existence as they will not monitor or advise on policy status. You (the client) can only rely on corporate email correspondence as a substitute for the customer service that I had come to expect, under the management of Rob Merlo. Under the current management change to Manuel Sanchez, I've witnessed (on multiple occasions) a management debacle that results in incompetence.Most industries these days, under the trajectory of recent business practice; have abandon responsibility to communities. This office is now, no exception to that inevitability, and has simply become a substitute for an internet connection or a call to Allstate directly. I predict that this office will be abandoned just like the clients they fail to serve.Further, if you are (like I am) sick and tired of how the (millennial) lack of social skills leads to dysfunction in our business community and humanity in general, then don't waste your time with this local agency. They appear to be in LaLa land.
