“My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. I'm so glad that I sent my package here and anytime I need packages received in New York City, even if I'm far away in Manhattan or somewhere else, I'll make sure to come here. Thank you so much. The AV setup was easy to use, and having coffee, snacks, and drinks readily available throughout the day made things run even smoother. The location was also super convenient, just a short walk from our hotel, which our team really appreciated. The WorkSocial staff went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was taken care of, from clearing trash regularly to helping with meals. We were impressed by their support and attention to detail, and we’ll definitely be back for future events!”

“I'm more than elated to give this store a 5 Star review in hopes that corporate sees this about DUANE . He is an incredible, kind, soft spoken articulate and a multitasker. I needed copies of documents and photos for Superior Court. Not a large order but I figured I would get this done Sunday afternoon before closing and be all ready for Tuesday. This store has a HUGE following . Of course at that hour everyone wants to be first and hopes they will get service . Just AMAZING ! Another customer also commented on Duane's efficiency. I know hard work when I see it. Good going !”

“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”
“Efficient and super-friendly staff. My go to place for packages. Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”

“Nicest workers in any of the UPS stores I’ve been to. I used to be in Bergen county and moved to Essex county recently. Most UPS stores have had rude employees to be honest, but both here and the location in Bloomfield have kind, friendly employees with good customer service skills. Raj just helped me with an Amazon return and it was easy peasy. 10/10 recommend this Belleville location & kudos to Raj for being so sweet.”

“I gave 5 stars for my review only because of the very kind and professional young lady named Victoria who is the Notary. There were two more young women working there yesterday when I stopped by to have four documents notarized. To make a long story short, I waited on a long line for my turn to get waited on. When I stated that I needed documents notarized, one of the clerks told me that I was too late because the Notary just clocked out for the day and clocks out every day at 3pm. I told her that I called their store early that morning and was told the Notary would be in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. and no one ever asked if some of us on the line were there for Notary services rather than make us wait on line to just be told we would not be serviced. The clerk was very rude and pretty much called me a liar about the phone conversation I had when I called the store. The Notary hadn’t even left the store yet; however, the clerk refused to call her from the back to find out if she would be willing to notarize my documents before she left since I had been in the store waiting on line all the while she was waiting to service customers. Sweet kind Victoria put her coat on and left, but was willing to turn around and come back in the store to notarize my documents after I told her what happened. I was so frustrated and was almost in tears, but my whole mood changed to sheer happiness at the kindness and respect Victoria showed me. There are still good people in this world. Victoria is living proof!”
