She walked me through the whole process, told me which credit cards I could apply for and also helped me open up a savings account. The premises are also really clean and relaxing, which made the whole process smoother.”

“I have been using this bank for years. I've never had any negative experiences like other reviewers report. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They always work with professionalism. At times, limited numbers of tellers can cause a line to form, which can be inconvenient. However, each time this has occurred while I was there, they open another teller up to move things along faster. They try their best to accommodate the customers and remedy such things during the times I've experienced it. Overall, will continue my banking here.”
