Great experience across the board. Had an A.O. Smith water heater that failed and took it to Ferguson for a warranty replacement. Walter and the staff were very patient with me and went through various options for my replacement. Great customer service!

Called out Christian B on an item he sold me that was over a third cheaper in Home Depot and it was the exact same item. His response was don’t come back. Great way to deal with customers. How is anyone supposed to be loyal to the supply houses when there ripping you off.

Had a very bad experience over this summer time my compressor on my Central air conditioner went bad so I had ordered a new one through This company then changed my mind and decided to replace the whole entire unit But when I tried to get in touch with the person who sold me the compressor was unable to reach him every time I called to talk to him my either was transferred or hung up on or left on hold Their customer service is the worst Took about 2 months or more to get in touch with then and get a refund on the compressor and since it was such a bad experience I decided to go elsewhere for the whole entire upgrade of my Central air condition good luck to all of you out there who deal with this company

It's always the same to get a few items, it takes me more than 45min/75min. Whole bunch of workers talking about football and baseball and other things while costumer is waiting to get his job done.They do have everything you might need.I will report to my company to stop using this location in Secaucus. Everything is fun for who's behind the counter but costumers need to get things done asap.Shitshow this location. And of course, after this post, I will never come back here. Never! And so everyone else that works for the company I'm in.After 1hour waiting I left. Done.
