I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I always receive from Cathy, one of the store clerks at CVS. From the moment I walk in, Cathy greets me and every other customer with a warm smile. Her positive attitude is infectious, and it truly makes a difference in my shopping experience.
No matter what I’m looking for, Cathy goes above and beyond to help me find it. Her knowledge of the store and its products is impressive, and she seems genuinely happy to assist everyone. It's clear that CVS has employed a gem in Cathy, and it's because of her outstanding service that I continue to visit this location.

Absolutely unprofessional people work at this place. I came to pick up my photo enlargements 4 hours after the estimated delivery time. There were no answers to why the print wasn’t ready as well as no estimates given on when/if at all it will be done. All that with an unnecessary attitude as if I was there to ask for charity. Also, CVS What’s the point of making fake promises of ‘Same
Day pick up” if your stores can’t keep up with it?

I made an appointment a week ahead of time, arrived on time. Only to discover that they did not have the vaccine available. Isn't the point of making an appointment to make sure that they order it in advance as needed? What about a call / text to let me know so I won't waste my time and can adjust plans?

Never fails. Because it's opened 24 hours, I am lucky to come here and buy anything needed since the nearby CVS are closed until 8. Has what I need.

Heading for cash register with a cane because I had foot surgery where TWO clerks were standing talking away . The second they saw me heading to them , they both practically RAN from the registers. Put my Items down and left. I’ll spend my money where people give REAL customer service won’t be back.

Dealt with a pharmacist who was very arrogant, rude and unprofessional. As he rung up my prescriptions and items, he tossed each one onto the counter. Then he stacked everything in a pile and slid it over to me. I asked for a bag. He got a bag and slid it on the counter to me and said “I don’t bag.” While I was waiting I was witnessing how he interacted with other customers and the other pharmacist. Same unprofessional attitude.

Most of the male workers got nasty attitudes especially if you mess up on the self check out and they have to work god forbid they might have to work there attitudes get worst like it's killing them to have to fix it or scan a card

This is one of the most disconnected and unavailable pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure to patronize. I have been there twice during normal business hours when the rest of the store was open, but the pharmacy was shuttered. Unacceptable!!

Pharmacy is slow and in their own time zone. I cannot afford to drive there with my sick 16 month old son and the ladies there don’t care about customer service or moving faster than a snail. Oh and don’t bother calling i did that in the parking lot to avoid going back in but was on hold for 6 minutes when I decided to just walk back inside to ask on the status of my newly resubmitted medication to pick up before thanksgiving plans. Looks like I have to inconveniently come back out there to deal with their poor customer service again AND look for another place to get both mine and my son’s prescriptions..smfh.
