This morning our central air broke. We went online and saw that Best Buy had one and we even called your call center to make sure it was there. We ordered it through your associate, Frank, to make sure that it was available and he insured us. After driving 45 minutes to get there it was not available and they apparently had none in stock. The employees did apologize but continued to make excuses on why this happened and gave us no other solution except for a refund in 3-5 days. This is our second time this store has allowed us to order an item and did not have it when we arrived. They have not compensated us in any way and have not been helpful in either situation. Will never be ordering from Best Buy again.

1. The store is located close to other stores, you can get all you need within a 2 mile radius.
2. Lots of parking space around.
3. Security patrol available on the facility.
4. Associates available and helpful to assist with making the right product choice.
5. Lots of variety available with great discounts.

The very definition of big box. Ordered online, went to pickup when itemwas ready, get there to find out they don't have the order, and of course, the precanned we're sorry. Then finally, what you need is available by different manufacturer at more than double the price.

The manager Sierra, she is very negative and unprofessional. She speaks to belittle and disregard anything you say or ask. I went in for a screen repair my phone got damaged in the due process, no apologies or sympathetic consideration was given here.
My “only option” was to get refund….IF in fact I “replace my phone”…. which would lead to an Out of pocket cost because they would not cover it.
Let’s begin by I got to my appointment 20 minutes early … the “Tech” was late to work, which is humanely understandable but in that process I had to wait “extra time” for the service to be done.
It is done insanely quick ! 45 minutes to be exact, but wait a minute I’m given my phone back, and my phone looks like someone took a metal pointed nail file and completely sawed across the bottom inner part of my phone… ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! and the manager says “I will agree to disagree with you”.. you dropped your phone and this happened !! PLEASEEE DONT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE GO TO APPLE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ! My phone is 5 days old, and the manager tried to convince me this was my fault. While the rest of the employees by there facial reaction knew they MESSED up ROYALLY.
