My husband had I each have phones from different providers. My husband has (had) a Samsung phone with AT&T and I have Verizon. He wanted to stay with AT&T because he has had them for years. Since the AT&T store is in our town we went to Secaucus AT&T store. We arrived at 2PM the one staff person had not had lunch and since he was alone, he said he could not serve us. He suggested we return because he was closing the store on a Friday after noon. I know the guys got to eat but AT&T is too big to close for lunch. This is just bad business and i am sure the one staff will not stay long if support is not provided. I suggested we go to Best Buy where he could buy the phone and not wait until AT&T opened again on a Friday. As soon as we entered Best Buy the Verizon rep suggested we transfer to Verizon because their promotion would allow him to get a new Samsung phone for nothing. So, thanks to the poor service at the AT&T Secaucus i got my way and now we are both with Verizon.

Chris was attentive and patient with all my question. He asked to understand and was able to give me answers for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which has made me love being an AT&T customer for so many years❤️!!He also talked about the home internet options. I'm so excited! ?

They are very helpful and this is the best AT&T store that I have ever seen. Jim and Chris are friendly people they will help you in many field. Customer service on phone didn’t help me but those guys fix my problem with their labours. Thank you Cem abi and Chris. I appreciate you

Jim was really attentive worker there and he helped me choose my case for my new iPhone 13. He even installed my new case and screensaver for me without any problems and even asked me kindly to do so.

The manager of the store Jim was extremely pleasant welcoming to his store completely knowledgeable of every product in his store. He explained to us all of the plans that were available and which plan would be best for us. He took the time with us to make us feel comfortable. Jim was professional and spoke assuring us that everything would would work out with our plan. He took the time to assist an elderly woman who walked in the store very upset that her phone was wasn't connecting and he reassured her that everything Wilkins be ok that he would make sure he phone was working. This type of person you do not find anymore Jim was an exemplary gentleman and in control of the situation. All in all would recommend all my friends to visit Jim’s store!! Give him 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

I have been a customer of AT&T for 13 years. Never once did I have the displeasure of speaking to an employee as CONDESCENDING, rude, and unprofessional as Ashley at the SECAUCUS location. My iPhone's screen turned completely black suddenly, so I called the store who sold me this phone in hopes to bring the phone in to rectify the problem. Upon calling, I was immediately met with sarcasm, unwillingness to help, and inappropriate comments. Ashley said, "can't help ya, baby." "What would you like me to do about it?" When I requested that both parties maintain a professional demeanor, she sarcastically replied, "Okay, Madam!!!!" I told Ashley that I did not care for the way she was speaking to me over the phone. She laughed once again. She spoke to me in a belittling way and should NOT have a job in sales if this is the way she conducts herself with customers. She taunted me by daring me to contact her manager, Jim, so that's exactly what I am going to do. It's about time the faces who represent "reputable companies" such as AT&T are held accountable. I will be contacting corporate and will not return to this location unless something is done.

I visited the store twice to switch my phone plan from postpaid to prepaid, as it cannot be completed via online chat/phone call. I stayed in the store for 2 hours, yet unresolved. AT&T seems not able to provided needed service. I will never use AT&T ever.

Upgraded my Zflip to the newest Zflip4, Jim & Chris couldn't have been more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Very personable yet professional workers, always come back to this specific location just to work with them. Husband came in not that interested in upgrading his iphone, but these guys showed him some deals that saved us money in the end if he got the upgrade. We both left happier & excited about our new phones! Thanks again, Jim & Chris????

Chris was very helpful and kind My phone was dead and I was lost I did not know the area at all so I followed a car and saw an AT&T on my next available right thank God Chris was willing and able to help me. He allowed me to charge my phone and also sold me a phone charger for my car, but not in a pushy way. He said to me “you don’t have to buy this charger but I recommend it so that you’re not in the situation again” he supplied my demand, simple and effective sales person. This AT&T is blessed to have Chris.
