I always purchased at this store and the day I called because I need to do a return before traveling they say yes and when I get there they say no you have to comeback tomorrow when it was 5 min to closing, I understand I asked for 5 min but they could off have a better treatment or say something when I was stuck in traffic and I called for it . Never again Ashley Stewart! Thanks Charles and shanon

Customer service is horrible they hang up on you. They don't care if you are a happy customer the only thing they care about is the bottom dollar. I will NEVER order from them again.

@ashleystewart I visited store# 356188 today to purchase items for work. As I was shopping I spoke with I am assuming was the store manager. I explain that I lost alot of weight and need to know my current size. She informed me she was not able to measure me but she did suggest sizes. So as I was shopping I was selecting my jewerly and the store manager comes up to me and tell me I could put my earrings on the counter. I was taken back because I been a customer for several years. Those years that I have spent my money in your store. I have never been treated the way I was treated today! Oh then I was informed because of the holiday I won't get a call until after. Oh and when as for Corporate number I was giving the incorrect number.

Wow! Unbelievable. 30 days to return an item and I only had it for 2 months and a string started losing from the product. I called and no respect for me as a customer. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. Dissatisfied completely

Very disappointed with Ashely. Received the incorrect dress. The shipping label inside was a lady in WI. Different color dress and size. I never received my order. Only thing I was offered was 10% and free shipping as if the 10% would really make up for me not receiving my order. Please do better Ashely Stewart.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Terrible customer experience!!! I so regret opening a line of credit with Ashley Stewart. Try to get assistance with a purchase took, one chat, three reps that pass the buck back and forth, told no supervisors available, still no help!!!

I have been a faithful customer for many many years. After being rob at gun points on the 4th of July, I was forced to cancel all my accounts. This was including my Ashley's account. I had paid my account on the first. So that meant it got returned by my bank. Ashley's was the only company that charged me a returned fee. I will never shop there again . I feel like I have been robbed twice.The only reason I gave you a one star, so I could leave my comments..

When your store first opened, I loved the styles you had for the curvy woman. Every time I passed your store, I had to go in and buy something, either from the window or off the racks, every time. For the past 3 or 4 years, something changed. Either you got a new buyer or sold the company. This is not your style. This looks like it came out of a 5 and dime store. Please, please bring back the old buyers and make AS the beautiful boutique it once was.

The location on Wheatland Road in Dallas has closed 2 times well before closing times… this location is not customer friendly at all!! Will not be shopping here anymore

Staff is not knowledgeable to put in correct address and then think by saying “SORRY “ makes it alright especially when what you ordered is no longer available!!!!!
