On August 22, 2024, my friend and I went inside and was just looking around when the man behind the counter (pretty sure the owner) came to us and started talking to us. It was fine, at first, but as my friend was looking at jewelry, he goes, "I liked your movie, by the way." My friend and I were confused, so he elaborated; "Mulan." My friend is part Chinese, so you can see how this was racist. We didn't laugh, and just turned away, and he nudges me (a white girl) and goes, "It was a joke." And we just walked out of the store. Never going back there again. As for why I'm posting this review at a later date, I was iffy on whether to go public about this.

3rd time visiting this place and the absolute rudness coming from the lady that runs this place is old. I'm sure she deals with a lot,but that's a big no for me from now on.

Emily was excellent and assisting me with shopping. She literally got on a ladder to climb up and get me hats on and see which ones looked the best…. I wound up getting four of them!!!! She literally looked at my face my face shape how My outfit looked to see what I was wearing and make sure that she picked out the hat that would be appropriate for me. After that she noticed that I was wearing a necklace but with no bracelet… Emily was sure enough that she would find me and bracelet that matched my necklace. Joey was behind us the whole time making sure that everything was A OK. between the two of them I cannot be happier the way they assisted me and found everything that is fitting on me so well is just amazing… Beyond happy and this is why I come here every single time I’m in Seaside which is like every month !! Love this place LOVE Emily !! Joey is excellent as well !! You guys ROCK!!!!! YOUUUU guys need raises. I came in for one hate left with FIVE AND A BRACELET.. not to mention all of the leggings and whatever other clothes my girlfriend bought… Can’t wait to come back here

I ordered from them during the beginning of lockdown last year. The man I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and they shipped to me here in Florida! I made it to the shop over the summer (they have 2 locations on the boardwalk). I loved how they had candies and other goodies besides just clothing. I also check their Instagram often especially when I can’t make it into the store. They have a full website now so it’s easier to order but I’m looking forward to making another trip in store when I’m home, see you all soon!

An item was marked down to $9 sticker price, but the cashier said it was $30. She claimed that she had never seen the sticker before, like I was the one who put it there. Seems like a scam.

I ordered from them during the beginning of lockdown last year. The man I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and they shipped to Florida. I finally made it up to visit and had not been in this location before. The man working that day was a little off putting. I had walked in with another retailers bag and it was kind of like how dare you shop somewhere else. The staff at the boardwalk location were always very friendly and had better customer service skills then the man at the end. The overall clothing is nice but it’s over priced but it’s to be expected it’s the boardwalk.

Pretty clothes, souvenirs and jewelry. Service was great. Little expensive but everything in there is beautiful.
