Was there in sep for our yearly seaside heights stay. Amazing location and very friendly people. Stone throw away from beach. Lots of food options all around. I booked ground floor of their vacation home because of kitchen. Beds were comfortable but house was not great. Rooms of house were small with no closet space. Floor was sticky due to humidity probably. One air conditioner was missing front panel and window blinds were broken from multiple sides. Kitchen has no pans or utensils and when asked about, one employee just said they dont give. On checkout the owner told they do actually provide on asking so not sure what happened. We enjoyed the stay, parking was not a problem. Lots of places to eat near by. Overall was a ok stay, just house was a big turn off and not like any of our experiences before. Pool access is great.

i love it here! it’s my third year staying. the staff and front office is very friendly, nice and welcoming here! they have a nice pool with grills, and the rooms are very nice with whole new bathrooms and they have a light up mirror that was pretty! close walk from boardwalk, only a block away. ?

Ken the owner is always pleasant and willing to accommodate anyone!! They have beach houses of different sizes and rooms in the motel. Each Motel room has a small fridge and a microwave. We've been coming here for 9yrs now. I have NO complaints whatsoever!! If you're looking for the Hilton then book the Hilton. Dry Dock has never disappointed my family or myself!!! Anything wrong appliance wise they fixed in within minutes. Nacho and David were EXCELLENT!!!Nearby activities: 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. They sell tacos as soon as you walk you the ramp on Lincoln. They're very good!!

My first time booking a shore house in seaside and I’ll say the experience was great. I gave Victor my groups budget and he laid out options for me. Very trustworthy

I did not enjoy it here. I give it to them, they upgraded our beds free off charge, but the beds were stiff, the pillows flat, no remote for the TV, no wifi password and there was mold on the shower curtain.The best part of the Motel is the location for the fact its one block from the boardwalk and the beach.P.S people will say for the price it was a good stay but that's not really tru. We only stayed one night but it was much to be desired.

We had a nice weekend stay here. The owner was friendly and the prices were really good for how close we were to the beach and the boardwalk. I always check anywhere I stay for bugs, roaches, etc but did not find any here, its obvious they clean it. I would def stay again, no complaints.

I never leave reviews but my experience with Dry Dock Shore Houses has been so terrible. I am 19 and chose to rent a house for a post-prom party. Housing was dirty but good enough; as high-school seniors we weren't picky. It has been now been 7 months since my stay there in July, and I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. I've gone out of my way more times than I can count to contact the representative who sold me the house, and every time it was the same thing - "I'm so sorry, this has never happened before, I'll take care of it first thing tomorrow." As a teenager, I don't know the requirements of a business, so I allowed him to break his word a few times. But enough is enough. I still have yet to receive a confirmation that the check was EVER sent, so now I will be spending my break back from college driving an hour and a half (each way) to this hellhole to take care of something that isn't even my responsibility.FOR ANYONE, EVEN PROM PARTIES -- IF YOU WANT TO KEEP 600 DOLLARS THAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS, DO NOT RENT ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES. I am seriously considering taking this to court once I get back from college, but I don't know if that's possible given the scenario. Regardless, this is a dirty company that has little to no empathy or care for the customers that are involved. This would be bad enough with adults, but with teenagers too... 600 dollars is essentially half my bank account, this is not something I (or anyone my age) can afford. So PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This place is FILTHY if I could’ve left and gone somewhere else I would. This is probably why we can’t even get a refund. The shower is filled with mold, all behind the toilet is moldy lifted tile. The pool is filled with sand and debris. I’m so serious do not stay here it’s cheap for a reason. It’s disgusting my s/o is currently gagging at the smell of the room.

very run down very dirty, room smelled like mold , every morning waking up coughing and hard to breath , n no I do not have COVID-19 pool was ok alot of dirt on bottom but to be expected from the shore . Friend chose and paid for this motel so it was pretty much a had to go there

Really a 0 but I have to put a least 1. The whole hotel is disgusting. The room is dirty from the second you touch the door handle. There was urine on the wall in the bathroom. There was mold in the tub and probably other places. There was dirt in the beds. We paid $326 for one night and left after 4 hours. Most of which was spent at the boardwalk. Once I started to feel things crawling on me it was time to go. Never again.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Everything was absolutely disgusting, the walls were filthy, the bathroom was atrocious, and the furniture left us all with rashes with how dirty it was. We didn’t even stay at the dry dock, I had called to reserve there and when I went he had some guy pick us up and take us to another hotel around the corner. The blinds were broken, there was a build up of dust that now even power washing could remove, and there was a dead roach literally the size of my thumb on the ground of the main room. I’ve never seen anything so disgusting try to pass themselves off as a hotel. The room was supposed to be non smoking but the smell of cigarettes was so strong I ended up getting sick. Disgusting and for $460 a night you’d think it would at least be clean. Never again and if you’re considering staying here I recommend you spare yourself and don’t.

Place smelled like must and the floors were dirty. The pipes leaked and there was this nasty mold in the shower it was kinda cool though. The bed sheets were dirty so i got that sloppy second you know what im saying. The tv remote didnt even have a cover so I felt right at home. I went downstairs at 3 am and saw the manager snoring on a chair in the lobby which was pretty good entertainment. In the middle of the night my neighbor punched his window out and was screaming at his girl. If you want to do. Crack at the beach but dont want to leave your crack den at home this is the spot for you

The pictures of the beach houses are NOT ACCURATE and make the places look decent. The only good thing about the beach house we stayed in was that it was very close to the beach.Do not walk, RUN as fast as you can from even thinking about renting from Dry Dock. We rented a "beach house" and it was the worst place I have ever seen. There was NO DOOR on the bathroom. There were ants EVERYWHERE!There was mildew and mold everywhere. It smells.The couches look as if they were picked up from side of the road on bulk trash day.The floors are nasty and sticky and have gaps with crud in between. Only a couple of the windows actually open. Went to Walmart to get bedding (pillows included) since we could not trust the cleanliness of what was provided. Not only that, it looks like it is from 1945. And probably not washed since then.Nobody (out of 5 girls) wanted to take a shower because it looked so gross. We also did not want to cook because the stove was gross. Just look at my pictures... NASTY PLACE TO STAY!!! Run away and save your life!!!(NOT SURE WHY ALL MY PICTURES ARENT POSTING BUT SEARCH OTHER REVIEWS TO DRAW A CONCLUSION)

I'm pretty sure this motel is where covid originated, it is seriously so dirty and disgusting looking. I'll let you examine the pictures yourself. It looks like it's falling apart and hasn't been cleaned in a decade.
