The pharmacy staff has a serious attitude problem..Very unprofessional. Always out of stock prescriptions time & time again ..They like to blame the manufacturer for the failure of having LIFE SAVING medicine on hand ..This store needs a whole new makeover ..

Twice I have used the self-checkout here and both times my card information was stolen and used in another state the SAME DAY. I told an employee the first time but it seems nobody cares. Don't come here unless you want to spend time with your bank disputing charges from theft!

Juliana in the pharmacy was so helpful and patient and kind! She helped my mother and I when we got down for vacation and my mom realized she left her meds home. She helped us figure how to contact her Doc and what to ask for! Thank you again Julianna, you helped make our vaca!!

I was visiting Jersey last week, and my monthly prescription was due for refill. My medication happens to be a controlled substance for chronic pain due to spinal injury. I had called a few days prior to make sure they had the medication in stock which they stated they did, then proceeded to say I had to wait one extra day because they put the wrong pick up date in the system. I arrived on the morning I was due to pick up and the woman at the counter was SO rude. I don't have anything for you she says..then she goes oh the tramadol, we sent a request for your doctor and they haven't responded and walked away. The way people with chronic pain, and the stigma behind having to take narcotics to kill the pain is crazy. They treated me like I was some sort of junkie. I don't want to be on these medications, but unfortunately I need to be to get through life without being in excruciating pain all the time. CVS needs to do sensitivity training or something because that is unacceptable. I have been in healthcare over 15 years, and would never discriminate against anyone for anything, and that is what happened here. It's disgusting, and they should really take a look at who was working on 8/10/2023 in the morning.

This CVS usually has all of what you need. The pharmacy is pretty good. This store’s staff are kind and very helpful. I recommend this CVS store. Items are pretty easy to locate. Checking out is pretty easy, since there is also self checkout which is convenient and efficient. This store is also well-stocked and clean. I recommend this CVS store.

Very upset and disgusted with the pharmacist there. Didn’t have my glasses so I specifically asked her if a certain medicine was okay for a 3 year old to take and she said yes - it’s fine. Well do your homework again as when it was looked up it says NOT for children under 12. So I guess she couldn’t be bothered into really looking at the product and didn’t care that I was going to give it to a toddler. Check yourself everyone and don’t ask the pharmacist as she will yes everyone just to not be busy

I was very happy with my experiences at the seaside heights cvs. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the store was very well stocked.

I come to this place fairly frequently. The location is very convenient and I've seen solid service there. However, they absolutely need to make a point to upgrade the washrooms, which have not been properly cleaned or otherwise maintained. I would expect CVS as a whole to make more of a priority about this.

Beyond annoyed. Don't ever write reviews but when they hand you the wrong type of pills and you come back after receiving them and they don't do anything about it because "they can't take it back" after you paid out of pocket already it's just ridiculous. Maybe hand the correct type of pills so people don't have to pay out of pocket more than once for pills they can't even use.... Heard horrid things about this pharmacy but gave them the benefit of the doubt and here we are

Terrible pharmacy. Told me I reached the limit of Allegra even though I had just wanted to return & exchange it.Went to RITEAID and they gave it to me. Go to riteaid instead!

I was able to make an appointment for a covid vaccination on line because it would not give me a verification code. I called the store and they told me that was not unusual but I could come into the store at a specified time. I went to the store when they told me and once I was there they told me they could not do it because I didn’t make an appointment on line. I explained that that was not possible due to their system and I had spoken to someone and was told to just come in. They denied speaking to me even though I showed the call on my cell phone. The pharmacy manager was extremely rude!!!! She got very nasty even though it was their mistake. I hope I never have to deal with that pharmacy again!!!!! Extremely unprofessional!!!!

That 1 star is for the pharmacy staff. They are very miserable and rude to customers. If they hate what they're doing that much, they should look for other employment.
