Beyond annoyed. Don't ever write reviews but when they hand you the wrong type of pills and you come back after receiving them and they don't do anything about it because "they can't take it back" after you paid out of pocket already it's just ridiculous. Maybe hand the correct type of pills so people don't have to pay out of pocket more than once for pills they can't even use.... Heard horrid things about this pharmacy but gave them the benefit of the doubt and here we are

While in person the pharmacy and store are fine, average, expected service. Nothing great, nothing horrible. CVS's online, text, phone pharmacy management is so unorganized, clunky, and frustrating to navigate. I expect better.

While leaving the Jersey shore we stopped in here yeah and got a few snacks and drinks for our 3 Hour Dr. to Connecticut. So I went in there and use the restroom it was kind of dirty small on the inside prices were pretty expensive for what we got but I got the job done

I got both of my Covid Vaccines at CVS. Two days after my second dose, I got a text that I missed my appointment and I need to come in for my second dose. Obviously this was a mistake. I called CVS and the representative (obviously from a call center from India) said he did not have the capability to help me. He said he would transfer me to someone who could help me. He then hung up on me.....I called again and the next representative said I have nothing to worry about if I got my second dose. The notification was sent by mistake. He just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible.Next I called the pharmacy that gave me the vaccine. The pharmacist said that I would have to go back and show them the vaccine card for them to help me. I traveled a far distance for the vaccine so I do not want to go back. She said that I could go into my local CVS and they could help me.I waited in line at the local CVS and the pharmacist there said I needed to call the dispensing pharmacy so they could help me. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they were connected and they said that they could not help me. Even thought he pharmacist I was with could see my vaccine card and the pharmacist on the phone could change their records. CVS went from incompetency to incompetency. Totally disappointed.
