I had to unexpectedly attend a funeral while I was on vacation in Sea Isle City. I had not packed anything to match my one nice top so I went here to find something to wear with it. The saleslady was so sweet and helped me find a pair of pants to wear to my uncle's funeral. She gave me the sale price even though the pants were not on sale. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Buyer beware.....They do not stand behind the merchandise that they sell. We found a defect in an article of clothing the day after purchase and they would not return or provide a store credit. Buy at your own risk. Nice people when spending your money but not so much when it involves customer service.

I've never felt so unwelcome. The moment I set foot in the store I was greeted not with a "hello" but met with a cold superior stare proudly being given by an antiquated women with short hair... the reason for the description is there was a slender attractive women with long hair that was pleasant. Understanding that maybe her day was long and I might've misread her rudeness. I ventured upstairs to shop for a swimsuit and was immediately followed and watched very closely so much that I left the store.I know we live in a world where everyone must protect themselves and their belongings BUT just a friendly "Let me show you what we have " or "I'm right here if you wanna try something on" a little friendly conversation and I would've purchased as I had intended before this encounter. I'd like to give no stars but am unable to submit without giving one.

Outdated, overpriced, and rude. My mom and I had gone into here just to browse as we normally buy a bathing suit or two at the beginning of the season from here. There was an older lady with a pixie cut and a house dress that immediately was staring at us the moment we walked in. We went upstairs to look at bathing suits and the woman proceeded to follow us up there, which we assumed she was just keeping an eye, but she sat there with her arms crossed, body facing us and staring directly at us. After we were tired of the staring we decided to head downstairs and she followed immediately behind us. We understand if there's no cameras or anything that you have to watch people a little more closely but this woman was rude, made us feel uncomfortable, and ruined the experience in the store as a whole. Would've given 0 stars if possible!

Had a really great day at the beach and wanted to finish the day with some shopping. From the moment my mother and I walked in the store we were stared at and judged. After a minute or two of looking around we had to leave because we felt so uncomfortable. Not really sure what the problem was but I was looking forward to getting some cute outfits for my summer job. Never asked if we needed any help. Just kept staring at us like we didn't belong. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else!!!!

I got a $80 pair of pants for my girlfriend that didn’t fit, They refused to return them. There’s no signs up that says no returns.

All of the signs in the store say returns must be done within 14 days of purchase, and only in exchange for store credit. That’s fine, but when a pair of pants my girlfriend bought me didn’t fit, I went back the next day and was told that because of COVID they aren’t accepting any returns. I completely understand that, but they should have made us aware of this new policy before we bought anything, or at least put a sign up. Now we’re out 80 dollars on a pair of pants I’m never going to wear.

This is a great store! The staff is very helpful! Liz actually can look at you and knows what will look good!! Great swim wear section too! Quality clothing and shoes !
