The staff were nice, but I have one complaint. I asked for fake nails with a square shape and in the french tip style. But did I get what I asked for? No! The nail person gave me a GEL MANICURE! I did not show them a gel manicure, I showed them fake nails and asked for a square shape but I got a circular shape. Then when I got my toes done, it probably took 7 minutes. Not even 10 minutes. They probably massaged my leg for 1 minute. And it took such a quick time to apply the nail polish, and I did not get my nails cut or fixed up. The nails weren’t horrible but it was not what I asked for so it did make me quite upset.

Think my entire gel manicure took ten minutes. Was rushed because the tech was late and she had appts after mine. Not my fault you were late. Didn’t have the color I picked out then tried to act like it was the same. Won’t be returning.

This was the worst regular manicure I have ever had, on top of the worst experience in a nail salon! The whole process took 4 minutes believe it or not and I could not wait to leave.
I picked my color and sat down, the lady starts drilling one of my nails (actually did drill it down completely) and I was like wait I’m not doing gel. She says I do t see this color in regular so go pick a color, I walk to the wall and see the same color in regular polish. I sit down and she has a bowl with ice cold water and says soak, no lie, it was as deep as a penny is thick. 20 seconds later she takes my hands out and cuts my nails down and starts to paint. Besides cutting off one little piece of skin that wasn’t even soaked, no cleaning of my hands or nail beds at all. Does one layer of the polish with clear over it and brings over a fan the side of a drink coaster that barley blew air and expected me to sit there probably for 30 minutes for them to dry at that pace. I just left.
Inside looks really nice but I guess that parts all smoke and mirrors, should have just stuck to nail tech where I usually go. I don’t care if the place looks nice if you can’t do the job correctly.

The reason why I’m giving this place ONE start is because they kept changing their price everytime I was coming. My daughter got her nails they charged her $65 and they never mentioned to her whatever they were doing was an extra charge. They lost me as client. Be Aware!

Owner is knowledgeable friendly & helpful! Some techs friendlier than others but overall I love my manicure and the pedicure from box scrub / lotion is awesome!! I recommend ?Services: Pedicure

Love this nail salon and the people who work here. They accommodate any requests I might have, like painting the St Louis Cardinals bird, logo and a few baseballs on my nails for me to go to opening weekend! It's always easy to make an appointment here and my nails look great when I'm done every time! They do waxing here too!

Love Elegant Nails...friendly atmosphere. Walk-ins are welcome which makes them super convenient. Pedicures are very simple & quick (no extensive leg massage) but priced very well.

Worst pedicure ever! Maybe 20 minutes from start to finish. She kept on pushing for me to get gel, I said no gel just polish.I think she was trying to keep up with the tech no music that was playin. Leg massage maybe 1 minute , no foot massage. If that’s what your going for this is the place for you! Not relaxing at all!?Service: Pedicure
