He was welcoming and kind. He was able to get my phone back up and running in to time and was such a pleasurable experience! I learned my lesson after today and next time I’ll just head straight to Cliff.”

“Went in to Verizon today on the recommendation from a friend, my phone was glitching and not holding a charge, Dan helped me get a new phone, explained everything I needed to know, he was very patient as I’m not technically savvy!! I usually dread buying a new phone but Dan made it quick and easy! While I was there Kareem the manager helped several other people who had an array of issues and what I witnessed was a complete patient gentleman dealing with older people!!! I will never deal with any other Verizon Store again!! They have me as a lifelong customer!! Thank you!!!”

“No matter if you need your hand held or you know exactly what you need, this T-Mobile location is the perfect store for you.Matt F and the manager Kat went out of their way to make us feel welcome and find a plan that not only fit our needs but was under budget and even managed to surprise us with extra rebates we never expected.The employees of this store are obviously trained to make the customer feel like a Queen or King and it’s apparent by the amount of return business from even extended distances.”
“Hi Tech installed my home theater system in 1996. In 2023 I purchased sonos equipment from them. They are still the same wonderful people and company who truly care about their customers and want to do what is best for them. Pricing is fair and the quality of the work they do is excellent. They sell a variety of brands, all top end and high quality. It’s great to see a company stay in business for so long which is a testament to their quality and expertise.”

“Lewis came over the same day I called to see why my TV was not turning on. He was an extremely nice man. Figured out the problem in 10 minutes. He even showed me how to replace the part myself so I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back saving me time and money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has anyTV or stero problems. So worth the very small fee he charged to come over.”

“I feel compelled to add my 2 cents here. I cannot understand the poor reviews at this Verizon location. We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Well deserved recognition!”

“This is a good store with a lot to choose from. No comment about the disposition of the new cashiers. Pay attention when cashing in a winning lottery ticket. The taller man in charge, whom I presume is the new owner, will ask you "How much is it?" BEFORE he scans it in the lottery system. Even if you know the exact winning value of your ticket, don't tell him.”

So happy he transferred from the Toms River location to here. We walked out with a new phone, an additional line, and T-Mobile 5g whole home WiFi. Thanks again!”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“The guy on the late shift is really nice! He gave me some free extra buffalo wings with my pizza for no extra charge without me even asking! I've always liked this particular 7-Eleven for some reason, idk why, and I'm happy to see my convictions confirmed! I'd personally recommend this particular 7-Eleven over the one not a couple miles away down at 1100 River Road, the staff there are not nearly as friendly or nice as the staff at this location! Recommended with high compliments!”

“The 80's. My mom ran the Point Pleasant 711 on Bridge Ave. that also had a small deli case for making sandwiches and a pinball machine for the kid's. This was in 1881. I worked in that store for 2 years while I was still in High School. Some of the customer's that came into the store were like friends to me. I passed my driver's test and faced all my growing pains in that store. I had fun watching all the HS girls my age also hanging out in the store.”

She had very great energy and was extremly pleasant. The young lady's name was Jordan Malandro and I appreciate her kindness and willingness to help.
