I bought three shrubs 5 days ago and wanted to return one shrub today. The shrub is in its original pot in perfect shape. The staff told me I cannot return it because the shrub is not a merchandise. Only merchandise can be returned in 30 days. i hope they can be more clear about their return policy for plants in the future.

Helpful and friendly staff. Big selection of plants and flowers. I come here because the plants are so healthy. It's hard enough to keep flowers alive, might as well start with the best.

Barlows is a great place for plant's, I love being a dirty glove club member, I always have a great time picking up new plants ,I just Recently went to look for some new stuff and asked where Mike ,my go to plant expert was,and was told he no longer works here?????, where did he go? And when I asked for his last name so I could look him up ,I got no response. And staff members were Rude. I've never had a problem or bad experience here ???

I was very excited to visit this establishment as a plant lover. I was there nearly an hour browsing and not 1 person said hello or offered to assist me in any way. It wasn't busy and there was at least 3 employees that could have made a new customer feel welcomed. I won't be visiting again.

As a lover of plants I found myself initially very Excited to visit this beautifully decorated place I drove pass as I reported to my training facility. That Enthusiasm then sadly died as when I actually was able to visit this location. I was awkwardly stared at by several people even employees. I was never greeted or even given a Warm Smile which was shocking because here I am in my Military Uniform. I was never asked if I needed help or if there was anything I could be helped with. Every one avoided direct eye contact and I just politely exited. It has been a very long time since being somewhere in this Skin outside of the Green that I honestly felt Unwelcomed.

Fall planters are 1/2 off!! ? Love shopping the gift shop!! I saw Mackenzie Childs Christmas gifts…I’m obsessed! Purchased a beautiful basket for my friend! Employees are helpful and friendly! Love dog! ? ?

I stopped at Barlow to check out their selection coming home from the shore. Not being in the market for anything specially I just meandered around the place to see what they had. I was impressed by their selection of pots and ended up getting several for things we needed to report at home. They had a good selection of plants and I picked up a few things my wife had wanted that they had. Most of everything did well. But the lavender I got died and the milkweed is struggling along. But I think that is more due to our weather than the store. Their inside selection of tropical plants is pretty big. They had some large plants too which I didn't know were for sale but they were cool to just see. I was looking for a specific pot for a crawling philodendron and they were able to help me find a pot that worked perfectly for what I needed. (an oblong pot) They also had a great selection of organic sprays and fertilizers which I appreciated All in all I am glad I stopped here and Im sure I'll stop by more when I have more garden needs.
