Absolutely disgusting! Don't go here! I can't imagine what the pets must be going through. I walked in and it looks like I shouldn't be there. Stuff everywhere. Very messy. 3 birds in one tiny cage. Never again.

I’m happy I found this pet shop! They were able to find me a rare fish I have been looking for when other stores couldn’t get the fish I wanted. They also have a nice selection of tank decorations

Love this pet store. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased several pets and supplies from them. The owner always there to help me out.

I'm giving five stars on the fact that it's an independent pet shop. Bill, the owner is a great guy. This combination is almost gone in this country. The store is small, but it has the old school charm.

This place is a a old style pet shop. I feel like the last time I was in a pet shop like this was easily 10 plus years ago. The walls are full of items and every inch of space is utilized. I came in just a peruse because I was curious so I didn't have anything particular I needed to buy. The person behind the counter was friendly initially, and the woman who is stalking shelves. The back also offered to help me and I told them I was just looking around. I did notice they had a nice selection of rocks for aquariums, I debated buying some lava rock for a butter wart carnivorous plant terrarium. But I didn't need it currently and didn't have time to do the project just took mental note. As far as their lizards go, they had some pretty cool morphs of what I think were bearded dragons. If I had more time, money, and space. I would totally consider getting one. They were a very cool orange coloration. They also had a bunch of fish tanks on the wall with various style fish. Although I didn't take note of anything of interest to me. When I was leaving I said goodbye to the man behind the counter cuz I just wanted to peek in to see if there was anything I would need in the future of his response to me. Was next time bring a lot of money. While I think he was trying to joke around, I thought it was an awkward thing to say to a potential customer and an awkward thing in general to say to someone. Definitely knocked a star off my review because it just made for an awkward experience that didn't need to happen. If you live locally I would definitely check this place out, I'm a way bigger fan of supporting small Mom and Pop stores over big box stores. Just a warning, the owner who I'm assuming was behind the counter slightly awkward but seem nice generally.

The saddest pet shop I’ve visited. Multiple rodents and birds for sale that look sickly. It was actually depressing. Not to mention the creepy vibe from the owner. Something’s not right here

Great source for pet supplies, got a great turtle bridge and the gravel in the pic. Also superior service and knowledge of the staff, so glad they're close.

This places is disgusting and animals should not be there. I don't know how this place is even still open and that the health department hasn't gotten involved. Very sad

We bought a beautiful black lab from all about puppies took her home and noticed she wasn’t acting right so we took her to the vet and she tested positive for parvo. She passed away 2 days later. Do not buy dogs from these people. Go to an actual breeder and get a dog. You’ll be paying a lot less and they don’t have the health problems.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in and wanted to walk out asap. 3 guinea pigs, 2 female and 1 male plus a rabbit all in the same cage. Guy there, maybe the owner idk says "I think one of them is pregnent but idk which one." There was no hay, no food, no toys, no hiding areas, no kibble or veggies, the water bottle was leaking. Lastly, all of these beautiful animals were locked up together in the smallest cage you can imagine. One that you find at petsmart labled as a "starter cage." As someone who has guinea pigs like myself, these piggies and rabbit werent happy, healthly nor comfortable whatsoever. If I had the room, I would've took them all just to save them from the messy living conditions that they are all currently living in...So many issues with this. Dissapointing. :(

Bill is always a joy to work with whether it is finding a new pet, or rehoming an old one. He is the guy to go to if you need pet supplies and can find just about anything you are specifically looking for. Amazing all in all.

Kind and caring! I called with a concerned question about my goldfish and he told me I can come in for him to do a water test. He did it for me and gave me great advice. Super nice!! Unique items in the store too!

I was a regular customer for over a year, Bill and his team were always very friendly and helpful. They always had everything I needed. I trusted them with my beloved rabbit, Blue, several times and they took great care of him, and for super reasonable rates. I recently moved an hour away otherwise, I'd be a customer for life. I will miss coming to this place! Thanks Bill!

Definitely a retro shop, owner is quite knowledgeable about aquarium care. That said, , purchased a few cory catfish a few months ago, brought disease into my tank, which resulted in having to say goodbye to my 11 yr old cory. Two of the four cories I bought at the time also died within a month, a 3rd one is still questionable.
