“Gorgeous 5 star hotel right on the beach. We loved our stay and will be back! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything was immaculate. Pool was heated. Rooms were large with a nice couch wide/flat couch that my toddler was able to sleep on. They were also able to provide a crib for my baby. They have beach chairs to borrow. Nice gym as well!”

“From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile, from the hostess to the server. Our server was excellent checked on us all night and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the drinks were made well. Highly recommend for a great evening out with friends!!!”

“Nice upscale hotel. Might have just been the week I was there but the restaurant was REALLY slow, and while waiting for service at the front desk there were several people complaining about everything from shower temp to doors not closing to noise. Hopefully it was just a phase.”

“This was a pass through hotel for us as we were ending our NYC trip to Manhattan. We rode the water taxi over from Pier 11 and Uber’d everywhere around this location.
We came to Jersey to see the Maroon5 concert at PNC arena… which btw if you are going to Uber to and from that location be aware at the end of the concert for about 2 hours the Uber/ Lyft rides are Welllll over $100.00 plus a added pnc service charge and a event charge. You can get there for $12.50 from this hotel though.
Next time we will plan better and take the NJ train back to the airport due to the tolls we were charged getting from this location totaled $50.00 charged by Uber in addition to the ride cost and we’re not made aware of that cost in advance
The hotel itself is VERY DATED, even though you get the continental breakfast the price was extremely steep for the quality. We travel A LOT and for $350.00 a night I would have expected renovated rooms/ higher quality.
The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, pillows were a little lacking but not bad for the quality of the hotel definitely not the price point though.
The front desk staff was friendly when checking in and out, and when asked if we could fill our water bottle to reuse it she offered us two fresh bottles of water free of charge.
Overall would I stay here again probably, just hoping for a correction of price vs quality.
Safety: The area seemed safe to us.
Walkability: There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot, Mc D’s across the street at an angle.”

“I travel a lot for work and often find myself at Holiday Inns. I have a select few locations that i frequent but this was a family trip. We selected this location due to its proximity to the areas we were there to visit and because they had a pool for my boys to swim. Unfortunately, the pool was down for maintenance. The pool finally was fixed as we were checking out for a long trip home.I brought this to the attention of the staff, being there specifically for the pool and they did everything they could to make it right. Outside of magically making the pool available they made it right by me and my family.To Tyler, Tristen, and the rest of the staff, THANK YOU for your customer service! It's hard to find in this day and age.Overall, a great stay and we will be back to this location.One other item, the breakfast was by far the best!!Food & drinks: Breakfast is awesome!Noteworthy details: Great customer service!!”

“Only local cheap hotel i never get bit at. Their maids actually clean the rooms. The manager Madeline is so sweet. Belmar motor lodge & the rest of the cheap locals are completely infested with bed bugs. Your safest bet is Crystal Inn Neptune. And it has a nice clean pool for summer months.”

“Just got done with a wedding here. Staff was amazing especially Nemo he needs a raise. Rooms nice and clean. Everything was just about perfect except when you serve steak at a wedding and they ask for Medium or Medium Rare they all come out well done.”
“It was fine. An old hotel, a bit musty but well enough maintained. Good location. Parking rates are pretty ridiculous but on-street parking off season is cheap and ample. Room rates strike me as being on the high side for off-season (Dec).Rooms: Stayed in a more expensive oceanview room on an upper floor. Nice enough room and view was a bit occluded but might be pleasant in season. Batteries in room safe were dead so it didn't work.Walkability: Short walk to bars and restaurants, boardwalk.”

“I had no problem here. I needed a cheap room for the night as my dog was having surgery at near by Veterinarian (redbank) 86 bucks after fees and taxes. The room was clean. The desk clerk was personable. I checked in at 3pm and left at 7:30 am next day. No need for me to spend 200-300 at the Hilton. I thought the accommodations were suitable.I wish I took some photos because it was pleasant, clean and fine.Nearby activities: The beach and boardwalk not far. Lots to do in redbank. I was here not for vacation. 1 night.”
“We recently got married down in the Long Branch and chose the Sonesta for our wedding party to get ready and to host most of our guest.The service was perfect! They resolved any inconveniences quickly and were quick to respond to any questions. The manager worked with us for months before hand to answer all questions and ensure we had what we need.Food service was delivered on time and the head of catering was also wonderful.While the rooms are not the most spacious, they are clean and modern. The common areas are also great!Thank you so much for taking care of us on the most important weekend of our life!Food & drinks: Everything we had was good! The breakfast was very good.”

“Great hotel and location. The ocean is across the street. Restaurant bar is by the dock. Could improve on complimentary breakfast options but the coffee was very helpful. Rooms are cool with the ocean winds, but also the AC is helpful. Waves are beautiful but there are many of them, and be wary of rip currents.”
